The location is excellent. Ibis is conveniently located right next to the Supratours station and the train station, very close to the Gueliz neighborhood and just a 35 minute walk to the medina. The staff were polite and helpful, they booked a taxi for me to take me to the airport very early in the morning.

Everything apart from the AC and the unavailability of white rice in the buffet.

During our business stay in Marrakech for two days, we stayed in two different hotels. One had a more oriental style, and the second was Relax Hotel with a modern design. I would say both are nice, but at Relax Hotel you feel like you entered a franchise: a professional system to manage bookings, organized staff, and a modern design made to provide the same experience no matter which room you book. Everything you need will be available without ask.

The property is amazing and the staff is wonderful. Very clean and comfortable.

Super clean rooms and big rooms which is not very common on the island for the city center. The staff are lovely helpful and with a smiling face all the time. Location wise amazing, few steps from the park and you are in the heart of the old town

Good short escape i had an amazing day in this hotel the entertainments were amazing the staff were very friendly and also the beautiful voice that I won’t forget the singer nawar who made out stay more beautiful thanks to everyone ❤️

Beautiful garden, great big pools, clean. Great rooms, modern and clean. Perfect AC. Good wifi.

I loved the people who work on the reception. They are so kind and helpful, 10/10. Place was cleaned every day and is comfortable.

I would like to extend my deepest appreciation for the exceptional hospitality we experienced during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the welcome we received was more than wonderful , professional, and genuinely heartfelt. The team made us feel cared for in every possible way. We were traveling as a family and unfortunately became unwell during our trip, but the care and attention the staff showed us were truly remarkable. The team consistently checked on us, ensured we were comfortable, and offered help with such sincerity and kindness. You even arranged for a doctor to visit us, and thankfully we recovered afterwards. It felt like we were being looked after by people who genuinely cared, not just doing their jobs. The hotel’s cleanliness, the quality of the food, and the overall atmosphere were outstanding. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our stay memorable despite the circumstances. Thank you for going above and beyond. The professionalism, warmth, and thoughtfulness of the team will always be remembered, and we are truly grateful.

Fantastic location. Walking areas are vast (even running in nearby parks is excellent.) Lovely staff culture. The spa is a major bonus, with vigorous hamam scrub on offer.
