The property was small and personal , staff so welcoming,and the rooms very spacious , modern and extremely clean. Great location for Malecon, and brilliant views from rooftop pool and verandas, close access to beach with chairs and parasol free to use for guests. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast in patio area a bonus .

A Mexican authentic family home turned into a family run guesthouse run by an amazing family. The emphasis on family, because you will really feel part of it from day 1.
One block away from the lively Malecon where you can watch beautiful sunsets and enjoy the Pacific Ocean coming in. Facilities like a bus station or an OXXO store are all less than a minute walk away.
Even though it's very close to the busy area's of Puerto Vallarta, once you close the doors of your room you transfer into a serene space where you can rest from the day's activities.
Not sure what to do? Ask the host or one of the members of staff. They have been very open and helpful and will give you a very extensive list of things to do and experience in the area.
I know that if I am ever in the area, I will stay here again! Thank you, Sebastian and everyone!

Staff were great. Special thanks to : Paul-pool manager, Jorge-pool waiter, Javier-pool water, Edgar and Fernando-waiters at La Ceiba restaurant. Small size of resort great. Quiet most of the time. Food was good -a little slow in service sometimes.
It was a great spot that I would definetly come back to. Clean room, bathroom was super pretty, and air conditioning. The staff was great. From the greeting to the check-out, we were always pleased with the nice front staff and cleaning lady. We ended up having an extra person join us on this trip and they were so nice to get us a sofa bed and only charge us $300 pesos per night extra which was super cheap. The place is on a great location. Everything is super close. Lots of food spots, grocery stores, and the malecon was so close. I really recommend it.

This is our favorite hotel in Puerto Vallarta; we've been staying here for more than 25 years. It's nothing fancy, but the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms are simple but clean, and the location can't be beat. We love it because we feel like we're in Mexico when we stay at Posada Roger.
