The property is in a great position, very handy to the metro and great for taxi pickup. The hotel manager Martin Hurley is very attentive and has excellent customer service skills. We needed some advice and he literally went above and beyond to the help us. We booked the hotel again at the end of the holiday as we loved it so much. The room sizes are very generous and had excellent decor.

We organize property that has all the basic amenities from swimming pool to washing machines and restaurant, etc. Also very close to the canal for those who like to commute via Canal boat.

Beautiful property and the pool really makes it. Staff were so lovely. Had everything we needed for our stay.

It was great, the location is near MRT which connects to the airport link to it's easy to get in. The staff is very helpful The room had a bathtub which is great. There are a lot of restaurants near bar and a coffe shop that is very accessible

The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations: salad bar, yogurt with toppings, hot food bar (eggs, toast, omlette, rotating asian food, coffee machines, juices, congee with toppings). Bed was firm as requested, goose down covers and pillows (firm and soft as labelled), black out curtains, good size room, fast wifi).

i have stayed for five days at one bedroom suit.i have enjoyed my stay with my family.all staffs at the gate are really helpful makes my family feels at home.i recommend every one to book the hotel during stay at bangkok.thankyou somerset rama 9.

The location is great, the staff is nice, and the buffet is really good.

Great Hotel with perfect location

There is an MRT station just a short walk away, less than 2 minutes. Two train stations away is the Jodd Fairs at Ratchada, so that's a good thing if you're looking to visit that. The property itself was new and well-maintained. There's a coffee shop at the lobby which is great if you need your coffee fix first thing in the morning. They're also generous with the toiletries and amenities. Self check-in and check-out system is well-implemented. The TV in the room worked as is. There's a coin laundry and dryer which proved helpful after long shopping days. There are also a bunch of medical aesthetic shops nearby if that's something a guest is looking for. An ideal location if you want a quiet area for busy days such as Songkran. Overall, will stay again.

Location still acceptable with a little walking from train station. The facilities can be improvise further.
