Everything , location , cleanliness , facilities plus extras , communication.
This place is spot on! Modern , clean , quiet .. check in is a dream all the doors have smart locks. Room has ENGLISH tea and instant coffee , BUT just downstairs a real coffee shop machine with beans free to use and well maintained. Also, washing machine and powder available . This really was a great stay , I stay in Bangkok 4-5 times a year and iv definitely found my new favourite place .

Great hotel in the middle of the city, we really enjoyed our time there. Rooms are very spacious, modern and clean. Location is very good, in walking distance of the BTS, the Benjakitti park and lots of restaurants around. Good value and much recommended!

Good location, nice staff, receptionists should be trained a bit more (she suggested us to leave for the airport at 8 when our flight was at 9, good we knew better), airport shuttle was arranged and on time, even tho it’s a busy area we didn’t hear any noise at night which is important when traveling with kids

Location , Cleanliness, Smooth Check in , many facilities..... room was bigger than I expected and it justifies the price they charge.... I was worried after reading some reviews about the noise at night given it was a Saturday night...I didn't hear any noises .... everything was comfortable. It is situated in the heart of Sukhumvit Soi 4's nightlife scene.
