Good location, nice staff, receptionists should be trained a bit more (she suggested us to leave for the airport at 8 when our flight was at 9, good we knew better), airport shuttle was arranged and on time, even tho it’s a busy area we didn’t hear any noise at night which is important when traveling with kids

It’s modern and clean we love the carbonara and the different resto a on the first flour and the Chinese resto on the 10th floor

We liked the location, the spaciousness of the two bedroom, the cleanliness of the space and the wonderful staff of Shama.

The property is in a very busy commercial area with many modern buildings and shopping malls within a 15 min taxi ride. The staff is incredibly helpful! Beautiful pool and spa to relax by. Excellent buffet breakfast at the hotel.

the central location, only a stone's throw away from the skytrain station - the fact that the location is quiet despite being in a very central location of Bangkok, close to the nightlife and well connected by public transport - the rich breakfast buffet - lot of eating options in the surroundings - nice skyline view from hotel pool - the offer to bring me to the skytrain station by golf cart upon departure, really appreciated this service as it was pretty hot that day and walking with my suitcase would have been a sweaty affair

Location , Cleanliness, Smooth Check in , many facilities..... room was bigger than I expected and it justifies the price they charge.... I was worried after reading some reviews about the noise at night given it was a Saturday night...I didn't hear any noises .... everything was comfortable. It is situated in the heart of Sukhumvit Soi 4's nightlife scene.

It is really the hotel that I'm looking for, everything is perfect and fantastic. The location is perfect, very close to BTS Nana.I would like to thank all staff and hospitality. This is my 2nd visit. Hope 100% next time again. Comfortable bed and clean room with daily change bed sheet etc.

The staff were so kind and friendly. The room was always clean, even if I left for just an hour. they always made sure to leave fresh bottles of water. The location is good, with many things nearby, and a lot of privacy. and there are also some shops inside the hotel. I went into a beauty store there and found a great selection at good prices. My boyfriend sent me flowers while i was staying there and he contacted them and they helped him a lot finding me and leaving it in my room and even wrote me a note🥹 The hotel is very affordable and offers great value for money.💌💌💌💌💌❤️
