Simply perfect! Impossible to be better! Everything, every detail of the hotel. Amazing staff! Amazing view from the pool on the roof top. Gym’s equipment is good, and the game saloon was so nice! The hotel is Super clean, quiet and smell so good. Excellent location! And a very good breakfast!

Excellent staff. Incredibly friendly and very helpful. It is not fake or performative, the people that work here are the best and very warm. The hotel rooms are very Clean. The airco was good, and beds are comfortable for a good night sleep. Felt very at home, and the shower was very good and great water pressure.

The Bangkok Saran is in a great location! It's on a quiet street just a few minutes walk to lots of restaurants and the Chao Phraya river. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. And the breakfast was delicious!

I loved my stay here. The family that run the hotel are lovely people and they keep the place so clean and tidy - you can tell they put a lot of soul into it. Location is central, and the kitchen with free water was nice to have. Morning coffee with a view of the canal in and a cat sitting on your lap was a highlight ☺️ can’t wait to come back!
