Second time i stay here. Great location in terms of public transport, a lot of shops, walking distance from Soho. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good enough to just sleep/rest but good value of money.

We were getting civilly married in Manhattan and chose the Ludlow for its location, in walking distance to City Hall and close to some of the best parts of the LES. The facilities were fantastic and the service impeccable: They upgraded our High Floor Queen to a Skybox Loft and gifted us a bottle of prosecco. The rooftop is also stunning - we were able to take photos up there after our City Hall appointment. We ordered room service twice and the food was delicious. I would definitely go to the restaurant next time. Katz's and Russ & Daughters are on the corner - perfect for breakfast!

The location is convenient, nearest subway station is just 2 blocks away. The place was clean, and love the terrace. David was super friendly and helpful. We forgot a backpack and the staff took good care of it and returned it.
