Large assortment of choices at the breakfast buffet. All very tasty.
Rooms were very large with lovely big windows with views of the city and river.
Staff was extremely helpful, especially Huyen at the Tour desk. Very knowledgeable and a great source of information.

The lobby and the koi fish pond are beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The area is away the main traffic, yet walkable to the beach. The hotel staff is helpful. There’s a reasonable car service between Da Nang and Hoi An, too.

the location is great, near to attractions. staff at the front desk, spa, rooftop bar including driver and security super helpful, friendly, accommodating before we arrive until we leave. they help u to get around and to the attractions. we were upgraded to the VIP room, super comfy.

Breakfast was fantastic, and the location was great for a walk to My Khe beach. Liêu was super helpful and friendly towards us during our stay as were all of the staff. Shout out to the bar server who mixed me an awesome Negroni upon request.

The staff were wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The room was larger than expected, very clean, and modern. The shower was great, and having a separate toilet was a nice touch.
The location right on the beach was ideal, and as it wasn’t a particularly busy area, it made for a quiet and relaxing stay.
The sky bar was a highlight, with amazing views, lovely pools, and complimentary afternoon tea each day. We really enjoyed spending time up there—the breeze kept it cool, and being covered meant we didn’t have to worry about the sun.
The pool was pleasantly warm, and the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all of which were very tasty.

The service from the manager and staff was exceptional. They had a lot of groups to manage as it was extremely busy with high season, but they solved some small challenges I had with the safe and forgetting my key card with kindness and a smile. The room I booked had an amazing view, and the bath was lovely. Large glass windows with fantastic views.
This is a mid budget place, but the service and room facing the ocean and Lady Buddha make it a winner for me. Thank you to the staff for their hard work, kindness, and patience. I'll definitely be back.
