We booked the Suite which was amazing the room was unbelievable the staff helped us to get an early checkin. We liked our room and hotel so much we stayed an entire day to relax. I will be going back soon and stay here. 10 on 10 recommended.

The lobby and the koi fish pond are beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The area is away the main traffic, yet walkable to the beach. The hotel staff is helpful. There’s a reasonable car service between Da Nang and Hoi An, too.

Exceptional Guest Care, What Truly Stood Out What made this stay unforgettable was the staff's attention to detail and proactive hospitality. On June 12th, our family of four had an early departure to Bà Nà Hills and would miss the breakfast buffet. Rather than simply offering an apology, the hotel team went above and beyond preparing four individually packed breakfast bags, each filled with sandwiches, pastries, fresh fruit, and bottled water. It was thoughtful, generous, and completely unprompted. That single gesture said everything about this hotel's service culture. On another occasion, I accidentally left my handbag on the ground floor. Before I even realized it was missing, a staff member had already brought it up to my room. No fuss, no waiting just quiet, attentive service that made me feel genuinely looked after. Final Verdict In a world where "hospitality" can sometimes feel like a buzzword, A La Carte Da Nang Beach delivers it authentically. Whether it's the little extras or the moments that matter most, this team truly understands what it means to make guests feel valued. - Rooftop bar in the 40th floor: is a must try, even if you don’t stay in the hotel. The view there is sooooo stunning, either in a moonlight light or a sunny day. - Excellent service: we got a free upgrade thanks to booking.com promotion from a no view, no window room to a twin room with partial seats view so I was happy enough but Định the bellman made us even more happy as he walk our luggage to the room and realised we are travelling as a couple so he ask if we want to request a room change to double room and then the hotel is very nice to change it for free. Such a very thoughtful gesture. Định really went extra miles for customer’s satisfaction. He helped us a lot with hotel information and taxi, too. Other staffs are also very welcoming. They really exceeded my expectations which premade from reading other reviews. Oh, and we got welcome drinks and food too :) - Location: very near the beach and An Thuong areas where lots of shops and services are available. Our room is on the back corner of the hotel, floor 21 so we got a very beautiful view of the beach and the city while stayed away from the noise in the beach in the evening.

It is bang opposite to the Maia beach. We booked the room, Premier Double Room with Balcony. We requested a higher floor and they gave us a 15th floor room. From the room and balcony the view was amazing. The staffs were very helpful and cordial. The room and the bed linens were impeccably clean, the buffet was out of the world, with a wide variety of spreads.. Rose was very helpful in assisting us with the tour. In fact all the front desk staffs were very caring and cooperative. All attendants took good care of the guests. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel. I would also like come back here.

The location of Dana Marina was perfect as it was only a 2 minute walk to My Khe beach on the main road and a 15 minute walk to the Dragon Bridge in the opposite direction. The spacious room had floor to ceiling windows which offered great views of the beach and city, while the bathroom was proportionately large and had a tub. The rooftop pool was also large, though I never used it because the beach was so close. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet for a price but I did not eat there and complimentary Wi-Fi was easily accessed from the room.

Unlike many other hotels, there is no mold, no mold smell, no cockroaches, no mosquitoes, no noise from next room. Also they have quality toiletries. Breakfast is delicious with lots of options for almost every taste. And I love staff’s approach to guests which is kind and with a smiling face 😊They are very good at their job. They were quick to respond whenever I needed help. The location is the best!

This hotel is wonderful. I stayed on the ninth floor with an amazing city view, and the breakfast area has a beautiful view of the beach. The hotel is extremely clean, my room was very spacious, and everything was spotless and well organized. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the area is full of restaurants, cafés, massage spas, supermarkets and shops.

My eleven-day holiday was a mixture of golf and sightseeing. The golf was exceptional, the people extremely friendly and the food was of a high quality as was the sightseeing. I have already recommended to friends and family and will hopefully return in the near future. The only negative aspect is passport control both on entry and exit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ebisu Onsen Hotel although we were not traveling with children and we definitely did not realize the hotel was in a waterpark...I must have missed that part when using Booking.com to select this hotel. Kinda funny though, we still had a wonderful time walking the entire park which was absolutely beautiful. Loved using the hot springs and the big marble bath tub with beautiful view off the bathroom. We were notified that it would take 15+ minutes for the water for the bath to warm up. It really took a good hour for the water to get warm enough to soak in the bathtub comfortably. Once it did though it was an incredible experience. Apparently the hot water comes from the nearby hot springs thus the reason it took so long. Coming from California though we felt very guilty letting the water run for so long to get hot.

Da Nang is a wonderful destination that offers a great balance of relaxation, sightseeing, and beautiful coastal scenery. The city is clean, well-maintained, and easy to get around, with friendly locals who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We spent a day exploring Ba Na Hills, which was a unique experience with beautiful scenery, pleasant weather, and plenty to see and do. Although we didn't visit the Golden Bridge, there was still more than enough to enjoy, making it well worth the trip. In the evenings, we enjoyed strolling through the Da Nang Night Market, soaking in the lively atmosphere, browsing the local shops, and trying a variety of local snacks. We also spent time relaxing on the beautiful beach near our hotel, which was clean, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Overall, Da Nang exceeded our expectations. It offers a wonderful combination of scenic attractions, beautiful beaches, delicious food, and a relaxed atmosphere. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vietnam and would love to return in the future.
