The access to the airport was great. They provide very convenient free airport shuttle service, so we don’t miss the flight due to traffic even though the flight is early morning.

What I saw from the online photos was what I got. It was a welcoming atmosphere all around. Also, free water and hair dryer.

Super clean and the staff was the best service I ever havr in Vietnam

The hotel was lovely, clean and the layout was perfect. Bed was super comfortable and it was great getting 4 pillows instead of two. Our room had a little table and L shaped lounge sitting area perfect. Bonus was the big TV and having access to Netflix courtesy of the Hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially getting our luggage. Bathroom was clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again when coming back to Saigon.

The best hotel in Ho Chi Minh. It's full packaged. The price, the receptionists, housekeepers and other staff are professional, courteous and helpful. An earlier review was absolutely false from my experience. It said, "no rooms for Americans." I had no issues at all. The owner's son works at the front desk and he is a super guy and his wife is terrific too! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! No matter what country you are from.

Good customer service, the receptionist team always available 24/7 to serve, help & support very well, facilities perfect & convenient, very clean & nice smell, location nearby the international airport, railway, mini river view, supper markets, restaurants, coffee shops, spa & massage services, and so on…

Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Very close to airport, local food and coffee shops, and also great for city activities. The staff also helped arrange taxi pick-ups. We'll stay here again if flying in/out of Tan Son Nhat International Saigon.

It has been excellent experience staying at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful, they accommodated my requests of late check-out. The restaurant was excellent, the breakfast spread was awesome and I had a delightful lunch.
