The location of the hotel is wonderful, very easy to get around and see. The Queen Victoria's market was just a few minute walk, Pitt Street was just right around the corner, and The Opera House was a relaxing walk from the hotel as well. The staff was very efficient and patient, especially a man that was at the breakfast lounge who was welcoming and friendly towards me and my family!

Good location , spacious room and good value for money

Perfect location to the train station and airport. The train station is a 3 minute walk and you can go anywhere in Sydney and beyond. Emily at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

The facility was beautiful, the room was tidy clean and beautifully designed. The pool was tidy and nice. The room itself had an amazing view, and air conditioning worked well (which was good since it was hot)

The hotel was excellent, great location, friendly staff, and the bedrooms were superb. While a work trip, I was accompanied by my partner. She loved the pool, and sauna area. Overall, excellent facilities and we will be back

We had a kichenette which we could cook our meals. And the staff were all very kind.

Where to start? Being an Ace Hotel it's obviously very stylish. The room was super comfy and quiet (except for one incident). Really nice bar (with DJ in the evening) and restaurant. The service and staff were exceptional. We arrived very early but because it was my birthday they found us a room that we could check in and freshen up straight away. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Location is also very good, in easy walking distance to Central and Museum station and to Surry Hill. We will be back!

The Star is always good. The rooms are spacious and immaculately cleaned. The location is great in Pyrmont, an easy walk to Darling Harbour, plus the Casino and great restaurants all on your door step. The staff are all well trained and supportive.

Stay was good, ideal location for Airport and public transport.
