The breakfast is absolutely splendid! My room was equipped with an electric fan, really practical when it's too warm! A glass of Ice tea to welcome you and free ice cream at reception. Perfect!

The room is very cozy, the apartment very clean, and many facilities are available for use - garden, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Patrizio is the star of the show, very caring and attentive, and showed us everything we needed and beyond. We were looking for an inexpensive stay immediately outside of Zurich and the proximity to the city was convenient and easily accessible by train or car. There were a number of amenities available in the area, including shopping and restaurants. The apartment was clean and tidy. The host was responsive.

Amazing Place and price. Clean and comfortable

I liked everything. It is clear that they thought about everything you need for a perfect stay. The apartment is amazing. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, the large one with a bath tab), a fully stacked kitchen, a huge living room on a lower half floor level, with a cute balcony, which, unfortunately, we we're able to use due to the cold weather. The kitchen had a large dining table, all the cabinets were labeled with their content (extra towels, utensils, dishes...). It contained a Nespresso coffee machine, a stove, an oven, a refrigirator and a dishwasher. Lots of dishes and utensils. Towel paper, toilet paper, shampoos and soaps. The large bathroom contained huge washing machine and dryer (9-10kg), which are perfect for a family with tons of laundry. They did not forget the laundry hanger! The apartment is very clean and new. The parking in the basement is very convenient. There are several super markets in a minute drive from the apartment. Several restaurants as well, but we did not get the chance to eat in any of them. Getting from the apartment to several locations was easy: Baar, Zurich, Stein Am Rhein, Rhein falls, and the airport. The most amazing apartment for a family in Zurich.

Street level parking right outside the hotel. Can't tell how important it is when you can't use underground ones. I'm also glad you're able to have breakfast at the terrace together with your family, four-legged members included.

Excellent front office people that made my 3rd visit into the hotel very convenient and pleasant. Always enjoy coming back to this place even though i didnt have the time to enjoy the pool nor the nice lobby that much.

Upon entering, I was met by Sanja l, the receptionist who booked me in and was very pleasant. Up to the 4th floor to my room in a tiny elevator with my golf clubs and backpack. My room is comfortable with a large bed and all the amenities you could possibly need for a 3 day trip. Downstairs in the restaurant, I was met by Adriana, who served me my food and drinks. The next night, there was Alpha serving. Great hotel. I will be back for my last night in Zurich.

This hotel is located just on the edge of Old Town but it is within walking distance to the train station. It is also within walking distance to Old Town or the river etc. The rooms my friend and I stayed in were in the annex and they were very spacious. The bathrooms were also large and everything was very clean. All the staff we had dealings with were friendly and professional. Although we did not use it, there seems to be ample parking available. If I were to go to Zurich in the future, I would stay again.

We were welcomed and served by Yi Mei, she was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Her service was 10/10 and we would recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Thank you Yi Mei, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location right next to the train station. The staff was very nice, and the paid option for a proper late checkout was a nice touch for those in transit.
