This was my third time staying at this hotel. Very clean and the staff were very friendly, Wonderful spa, amazing breakfast, best dinner , and everything in general is great, I will definitely stay there on my next trips.

Location is perfect next to the bus station and lift. Comfortable room Staffs are very kind Breakfast is simple but really good: birchermüesli is best :)

The ambiance was truly unique. The breakfast was the one with most variety I've ever seen (they even had a juice-extractor for your morning fresh self made juice!) They also have a great selection of restaurants.

Staff went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodate any requests they could. This place is a steal - only pleasant surprises! The rooms were spacious, with a sleek, clean design but still cozy and comfortable. Room and bathroom were spotless clean. The balconies have gorgeous views and are roomy enough to relax after a long hike. The garden area is a lovely spot to read, adjoined to a nice pool and sauna. On top of all that, some really amazing pizza in the restaurant downstairs, that they will happily get ready for you to take back to your room when you get back hungry from the lake. Great location to walk to Caumasee and anywhere in Flims!

Everything is nice in this property

We loved the apartment, the location, the private sauna and a full equipment. We really feel like being at home! The neighborhood is also amazing. We would love to travel again to the same place.

The place was great, spacious not too far from town centre. Great for 2 kids sharing their room.

Good overall. Nice location, clean room, small but nice kitchen, and the host replied to our messages quite timely.

Breafast was super good, want to mention that coffe was super good. Swimming pools are great, they have normal swimming pool and outside swimming pool with salt water and jacuzzy, great to spent time after skiing. They also had amazing restorant with Japan food

Loved the cosy mountain hotel vibe. Staff welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The honesty bar and eating area a bonus - with our take away pizza and access to some lovely wine we got to enjoy the hotel’s communal dining facilities and vibes. Loved the size of the room and the view out back of the forest. Lovely little touches to make you feel relaxed. Sauna and wellness area was a nice addition to the long ski days

Great location right by the gondola. We had a large room with very comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Parking is right under the building, so very little shlepping of ski equipment. There are several restaurants on the premises, we liked the cafe for breakfast which has vibe like a brooklyn coffee shop in the morning with all the hipster snowboarders. Flims is nearby with a lot of shops and restaurants. We could use the gym and pool of the signing hotel for a little fee.
