Restaurant is pretty good...easy and predictable place to eat. Though the breakfast is large and satisfying, it's predictable...exactly like that of other Diego de Almagro hôtels in the chain (I've done 4 now). I had a very good late afternoon dinner there as well, though service was sketchy at that hour.

Front desk hostess was very kind and professional.

The staff was very nice and helpful. My bus arrived at midnight and they were waiting for me. The breakfast is delicious and the room was small but warm and cozy in the freezing weather of winter.

The place is very clean, organized and silent, with a really nice view, in downtown, the host is very helpful and friendly, the kitchen is equipped.

The check in was easy because there was a front desk person. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony.

The appartement was very quaint. Great area, parking was good and super neat and clean.

Clean place and spaced, all commodities were included, even a heater for the whole room.

Close to the train & bus terminal good restaurants in walking distance owner was really good lots of common area spaces
