Clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast.

The hotel is situated on the main street between the town and the slopes. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was nice and clean and although the restaurant is currently closed, next door was a fantastic place to eat after a day of snowboarding. We'll definitely be returning.

location is great, good located in town, close to the ski station (by car). the apartment is very spacious, neat and cozy. perfect for a ski weekend!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Only thing is, there was no kettle and coffee machine at the room.

We liked the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, as well as having a space that we can enter from outside the Hotel to leave our ski things.

We have a very comfortable stay. All the places are sparkling clean, utensils are good quality and good sound proof.

Loved the authentic German cozy atmosphere. Restaurant served delicious choices on the menu, and small pub/beer stube was fun. Breakfast was a mega spread with lots to choose from and we loved the views and the backyard patios. Very nice beds with feather comforters and personel was friendly. Definitely coming back.

The breakfast and dinners were absolutely superb. The staff was attentive and it's some of the best food I've ever had. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space and storage. It was very quiet and my son and I slept very well. The pool and spa were so quiet, beautiful, and relaxing. The hotel was only a ten minute drive from the slopes of Winterberg. I would absolutely stay here again.
