Nice and clean. Lobby has a bar and lots of lounging space and activities. Very pleasant staff and guests.

The location of the Hotel was very convenient. There is a train stop literally 5 meters away from the Hotel's exit. It's also very close to the main city center and you can easily reach them in five minutes tops by walk. The reception personnel was a very friendly lady, she showed us all the tourist attraction points on the map and made very decent restaurant/street food destination recommendations. Although the room was a little bit smaller than expected w.r.t. this pricepoint, but it was very comfy. Wireless connection was really fast and free. All and all, I would definitely recommend and would personally reconsider another stay in the future.

Everything, the location near the main train station. The breakfast was delicious. The wifi was fast. Comfortable bed and room. All the staff were amazing as well.

This was a wonderful hotel in a lovely peaceful location.. thanks to the staff - everyone on reception, who cleaned the rooms and helped us at breakfast - you made us feel welcome and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel very highly and would happily stay again.

We stayed here for couple days it was so good so clean and one of the employees was so nice his name is Omar keep smiling all the time and even that he dont speak our language but he tried his best to communicate with us and helping us! 5 stars!

the best beds I have ever had. Amazing 🤩 Nice location, metro just in front, fow station to the center. I guess it is even better during summer, because of river. Will come back

The location, the staff, the design and that it was clean! Good value for the price.

Big and modern room with a spacious bathroom, everything seemed new and clean. Small kitchen with utilities, towels and toiletries included. Very good breakfast. We weren’t disturbed by the neighbours.

The breakfast is amazing, has a lot of options. The stuff is very kind and accommodated all our needs. The hotel is always my choice every time I'm visiting Hamburg.

It was in a good location, lots of security features so if you end up travelling solo it’s a safe space. Staff were amazingly helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Rooms were so cozy and the TV entertainment has access to different languages, YouTube, etc.

This was such a fun and awesome Hostel/hotel with awesome room options for family or group travel. I believe up to an 8 person "family" room was available as well as hostel options. The staff was there for you around the clock. Had a key check in and check out process so you didnt have to worry about losing a key anywhere. The neighborhood was a wild party and the hotel felt like a welcome and quiet oasis in it all. Perfect stay.

Excellent service and fabulous breakfast.

I loved that the rooms were so well equipped with everything you could need. Washing machine, dish washer and the supplies needed to run them. A kitchen with a table and chairs, a couch, closet, mirror, bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The room and bathroom were clean and a good size. Helpful reception staff 24/7. My son is in a wheelchair, so they moved us out of our room, which was already a good size to a room with disabled facilities such as a shower chair and bathroom safety rails. Also super central, with easy public transport right outside the hotel. Very happy and impressed!

The location - Neighbourhood around the hotel is very cozy. The hotel itself - rather beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast starts at 6:15.

Clean, and convenient location - 1minute to supermarket, easy to access city center. Gym is compact but good variety of machines.

We had a late flight, we arrived at the hotel at about 11pm. Anyway the front desk gave us a quick check in and lots of other hospitality.

Great location, easy to get around to Christmas markets from this starting point.

It was very clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help is in any way. The food and sweets very amazing. The Negroni cocktail is one of the best I had.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the hotel very much. Great location - we walked to all the main attractions in Hamburg. Elaborate breakfast, spacious and very comfortable room. Highly recommended.

It has a perfect location - easy to walk to the main shopping streets, and there are plenty of restaurants of all kinds nearby. We had a suite, and I loved that they had already set up the couch as a bed for our child with everything we needed. The bed was big, comfortable, very clean, and the bath was a total vibe. Overall, nothing to complain about!
