A very spacious room with all the amenities we needed; a parking lot on the spot and free; not far from Ávila.

From the first moment we entered the room, we liked it. It is clean, with everything you need. The bathroom is large with 2 sinks. The location is just excellent and Avila herself makes you fall in love with her. They have a very good breakfast for 15€ The parking is 3 min walking for 24,4€ per day

Set in the heart of gorgeous & historic Avila, the hotel is a beautiful & historic property.

Pleasant and helpful staff at the reception, the room was comfy and nice. Easy to park around and it is walking distance to the old town . about 25mn . So no hassle to park to visit.

Good location to train station. Short walk to town almost flat. Very quiet. A bit outdated but very clean.

The staff were unbelievable. In my ignorance I booked a train from Madrid and back. They went on line and searched all the options and showed me how the bus was 60 Euros less and 2 hrs faster. I didn't ask them to do this they just volunteered. I really can't recommend this place highly enough. Do yourself a favor and stay here if you can.

A very comfortable apartment, conveniently located about 500 meters from the Avila City walls, restaurants and attractions. The host, Martha, was extremely helpful in guiding us during our short duration stay. The apartment we stayed in was quite large with three nicely sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, nicely lighted rooms which can be shot down from outdoor light. The kitchen is well equipped and so are the two bathrooms and the living room. We were allowed a secure parking space within the building structure which was included in our rate. We’ll come back with friends or family. The place can easily accommodate 6 persons, at an added cost.

Host Fernando was very friendly and helpful. The house was great place to stay in with 2 kids, very clean, with heating and close parking. Great value for money.
