This hotel is absolutely stunning, nestled in a breathtakingly beautiful location. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The spa is out of this world, especially the outdoor jacuzzi. I highly recommend visiting during the off-season on weekdays when the hotel is quiet, allowing you to fully enjoy all the facilities. Don’t miss a trip to the Green Lake – the views are simply incredible. Hands down, the best hotel in Georgia!

Everything was above my expectations 😍 the room is spacious, super clean, comfortable, well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The view is stunning. The location is walking distance to the ski resort. The owner, the receptionist, and the waiter were so kind and helpful. They welcomed us with a drink and fresh fruits. They helped us with transportation going back to Batumi. The breakfast was good.

I'm very happy with my stay at Forest Villa! We went for skiing and had a blast in the half a metre of new snow that just arrived. Book in advance and the Forest Villa will book you on the free snowcat service needed from the Tbilisi side during winters. I wasn't so prepared so booked when I hit the snow, but still the help I got from Forest Villa was fantastic and they organized a private snowcat for us. When leaving Forest Villa booked us on the return trip and drove our bags to the snowcat start area. There were many small instances during our stay where they were super helpful and made our stay a great one. The rooms are big, have kitchen and washing machines for clothes. Thanks a lot everyone!

Great location and host. Clean place, grill and logs for the fire were provided. Loved the quietness of the location, beautiful stars.

I had an amazing stay at this lovely, family-run hotel for a few days in March. I travelling from Tbilisi and got stuck getting there because the Goderdzi pass was closed over the winter. I didn't realise that the resort was not accessible by car from the east! The hotel owner was incredibly helpful. He came to pick me up in a Snowmobile. It was a really fun ride to get to the hotel. I stayed a few days, went skiing - there was so much snow! Ski hire was really easy in the hotel. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Dito the Barman who came skiing with me one day. The room was really large and comfy. The restaurant and breakfast were good. I got back to my car via a Snowplough which the hotel arranged for me.
