We stayed at George's apartments 3 nights, and had a fantastic time. The location is amazing right next to the sea, taverns, coffee shop and mini markets. Mrs Litsa and Mr Babis who run the apartments are super hosts, they treated us like family, they are very friendly, polite and very warm people, they brought us every day local greek food and really went out of their way to make us feel at home. The apartment was super clean, super comfortable ! We really loved our stay with Mrs Litsa and Mr Babis, and highly recommend the place ! thanks again for making us feel at home !

This stay was everything we could ask for—peaceful, accommodating, and truly serene. The private beach, just steps away (with elevation), offered stunning views right from our bedroom window. When we wanted a change of pace, the pool and bar were perfect for lounging or enjoying a beverage directly in the pool. Our room had all the essentials, with daily cleaning and easy access to sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. The owner was very welcoming and had great recommendations for places to visit. Just a short walk away, we found a charming coffee spot/bakery serving Mr. Rose coffee, a convenient supermarket, and several authentic tavernas—ideal for enjoying local flavors without the hassle of driving. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of a coastal escape. Thank you for the memories!

Absolutely beautiful place for vacation! Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. We spent wonderful 10 days here in October 2024. Cozy and comfortable cabin with everything you need including a kitchenette with fridge, dishes and stove. The sandy beach is very close, just a couple of minutes down the stairs. The sea was calm and beautiful, with a comfortable hollow entrance. There are a couple of cafes and a supermarket not far from the hotel, one can easily walk there (10 - 15 minutes). Our cottage had a large comfortable balcony with absolutely fantastic sea view — we spent lovely time there just reading a book or having lunch/dinner. Marina, the hostess, is an incredibly warm and friendly person, very welcoming and helpful. On the first day we had a broken kettle, but Marina solved the situation very quickly. We remember our staying at Panorama Beach with great gratitude and will definitely come here again!

Excellent location next to the sea, with its own beach nearby, where chairs and sunbeds are reserved for you. Treats and gifts were waiting for us in the room. Alexandra is a very hospitable hostess and a very sincere person. She met us and showed us over. The well equipped kitchen and washing machine were very useful to us.

This is definitely a quiet place to relax. Litsa is a warm and kind host who has time to answer all your questions. You can't beat the location; you're steps from a refreshing swim. The beach is a bit rocky. However, there's an amazing cave formation within walking distance that's lovely to spend the day exploring (a sandier beach too).

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Inn Messinia! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even more charming than the photos. The location was ideal — peaceful and private, yet perfectly situated halfway between Koroni and Kalamata, which made it easy to explore the area. The villa was incredibly spacious and well-equipped — perfect for our group of 8. We really appreciated having 3.5 bathrooms, which made getting ready each day so easy. The washing machine was a great bonus for a longer stay, and the large living areas gave everyone room to relax without feeling crowded. One of our favorite features was the beautiful pool — ideal for cooling off and spending lazy afternoons outside. The outdoor seating and dining areas were a great place to gather and enjoy the scenery. Our host, George, was wonderful — kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. He offered great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend Villa Inn Messinia to anyone looking for a relaxing, spacious, and well-located home base in this gorgeous part of Greece. We’d love to return!

Our stay was luxurious and relaxing. The private beach was beautiful, and the hotel's pools and spa added to the experience. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. A fantastic stay!
