The view was spectacular. The balcony was spacious. The breakfast was delicious.

Great place, location, town, host... We are really sorry we couldn't stay for the breakfast they offered. stayed two days and were very happy with the place short walk from a great Taverna, the beach and harbor and a wonderful bakery!!!

Everything about this apartment is absolutely amazing. My husband and I stayed for 6 nights total. The location of the apartment could not be better. It is within walking distance of the local bakery and tavern. Both are exceptional and welcoming. We made use of the provided chairs and umbrella which made going to the beach very comfortable and relaxing. The apartment is a couple steps away from the beach which was in our opinion one of the nicest beaches around. We also enjoyed going to Marmari Beach which was within driving distance and made for a nice day trip. I can’t recommend this location more. We recommend coming in June as it isn’t as busy and you can have a lot of attractions to yourself. We hope to be back one day to enjoy Kokkala again!

We liked the view. of course! we had our own private beach to swim at each day. incredible! history is all around you there. The food there is delicious and our hosts were most gracious! in fact, we had the entire house to ourselves for 2 days out of four. The privacy and the views were both exceptional. We went to sleep at night with the sound of the the waves from just across the street. Beautiful sunrises each day. Very special place 😄

The hotel was beautiful. Style was authentic and true to the region. The staff was helpful, always with a smile. The service was impeccable .The view and sound of the waves lovely. I was also very impressed that the owner was present and social with guests all day. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Excellent location and property, great host

An exceptional accommodation in Mani that truly had everything one could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space was very well maintained, thoughtfully laid out, fully equipped, and extremely comfortable. The courtyard was one of its greatest advantages — ideal for relaxing, enjoying breakfast in the morning, or watching the sunset with a stunning view. Since we were traveling with our dog, we especially appreciated that the property is pet friendly, which made our stay much easier. There was also private parking, something we valued a lot. The location is excellent, very close to Gerolimenas for a walk or coffee, and about 20–25 minutes from Areopoli, which is perfect for food, drinks, or exploring the local shops. The hosts were genuinely kind and welcoming. We visited during Easter, and they invited us to sit with them, which made the whole experience feel even warmer and more personal. Definitely a place we would recommend without a second thought!

Great hospitality, exceptional position for exploring laconian mani region

The hotel is super stylish and fresh, with a modern vibe that still blends nicely with the natural surroundings. There's a semi-private beach with just a few sunbeds, so it feels like your own little slice of paradise, and the water is crystal clear. It’s the perfect spot for a short stay in Gerolimenas. We’re already looking forward to coming back to this peaceful place! The à la carte breakfast was amazing, and the hotel’s main restaurant was just as great.

The location was excellent and the hotel had lounges and umbrellas you could use at the water. They also provided beach towels. The breakfast was excellent and best of all were the dinners we ate at their restaurant.

The accommodations were very clean and beautiful. The staff and owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Location was amazing. This hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gerolimenas.

We loved the views and the peacefulness of the village and the location in front of the old port. Owner of the Taverna was helpful, answered our questions and related to us the history of the area.
