Livadia is a really nice town worth visiting, and a stay at Theoxenia makes the stay even more memorable. The Hotel is located in the old town, high above the river and the new town and has its own parking. Expect a modern and well-equipped hotel with great views away from the noise of the new town (you will hear the rushing water of the river below). And staff that is incredibly helpful and very friendly.

This hotel was wonderful! In the middle of a picturesque small village in the mountain you find this very welcoming hotel with a nice breakfast. The experience felt very genuine since it was a less turist adapted part of the country. It seemed to be mostly greek people visiting, and the name also indicates this, but the hostess was very nice, and we made it work even though it was apparent there is mostly greek visitors. The village also offers two small restaurants that together with the hotel breakfast all your demands. For anyone driving through greece to see ancient cities and swim in beautiful beaches, a stay here in a small mountain village is 10/10 perfect if you are heading from Athens to delphi!
