Quiet little hotel up the hill of Agios Nikolaos. Great view of the area, excellent service, good kitchen and breakfast and nicely built premises. Overall very positive opinion on a relaxing 3 day stay!

This is what happens when a family of architects spends 20 years building a personal project. Absolutely beautiful stone cottages and main house with many stone accents and private gates built among a grove of timeless olive trees. Our cottage was cute both inside and out with many practical and thoughtful touches. We used the in-room kitchen for breakfast and enjoyed eating out in the small local village each night. Lots of light, air conditioning, hot and cold running water. All the comforts one might expect in a quaint authentic package.

Clean, fully equipped, feels like home!

The location was super quiet and relaxing, close to a couple of nice pebbly beaches. Parking available in the property. The room was small but well equipped with everything you may need for a few days. Nice shared sitting area with a big sofa outside to relax after dinner.

Amazing buildings. Very nice garden, but the balcony is the highlight of the property!

The Villa is very attractive and well equipped. It is located close to all facilities including the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

We stayed in the lovely, clean apartment for a week. The location is perfect for exploring the stunning Mani region and its beautiful beaches. Giannis was an exceptionally thoughtful host. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The patio was great! We got to enjoy beautiful sunsets that overlooked the ocean. It’s also super cute accommodation.

Amazing property and the best staff around. A group of beautiful residences around a perfect restaurant and pool area with breathtaking views of the entire bay. Close to Stoupa, Kardamili and several beaches by car. The breakfast buffet served at Frigano (the onsite restaurant) was delicious. All ingredients are fresh and local. The owner uses olive oil produced from their own trees. The staff at the restaurant and bar are super helpful and accommodating. The room was modern and clean with everything you could need. We can’t wait to come back!

The villa is big, comfortable and with all facilities. 2 minutes walk from beach and restaurants

Great stay, when I come back will stay here again. The apartment is spacious, open space concept, has kitchenware - all the basics you will need for the stay. Bathroom clean and well-equipped, too. Warm and cozy apartment overall. Has a small terrace for breakfast and chill, and a separate space to hang laundry, and the wifi worked perfectly. I recommend it wholeheartedly!
