Hyatt Haridwar delivered a consistently high standard. Breakfast was delicious and well organised, with a good spread and staff who were attentive without being intrusive. Cleanliness was top tier, everything felt fresh, tidy, and well cared for. The team’s professionalism and hospitality really elevated the stay. Helpful, respectful, and quick to assist. A very comfortable and well managed hotel.

The room was beautifully designed and spotless.Temple within the hotel premises, private and clean ghat for Ganga snan, graceful Sandhya Ganga aarti performed by the temple priests and soothing live music/singing during the entire day helped elevate the overall experience and created a divine vibe. Exceptional service, the entire staff was super helpful, positively responsive and always smiling - Any requests we made were handled quickly and professionally.. special mention for Ms.Jyoti. The buffet spreads offered a great variety and the flavours were perfectly balanced. And above all the location was absolutely perfect. Sukoon is a perfect location for us, close to Anandamayi Ashram and right on the Ganga. Peaceful view out to the river. Clean and quiet. Staff eager to fulfill our needs. Comfortable, soft bed.

Everything we found was pleasant. From our entry to exit..the hospitality, service, courtesy, facility, cleanliness, hygiene etc. everything was smooth. Heritage property at an excellent location to explore Haridwar and not too far from Rishikesh. We had a Ganga view room with the swimming pool right at our doorstep. The 'Welcome Ritual' was a heartwarming surprise for us. All staff and concierge were very professional and friendly. The hotel private evening aarti ceremony was an introduction to what to expect from the Har Ki Pauri evening aarti. Day trips with local guides from 'The Adventure Team' to the holy temples were offered by the hotel. We also did the morning Ganga walk with the guide. There are a few restaurants at the property and staff were very helpful with suggesting local food. Highly recommend this hotel.
