Exceptional service, the entire staff was super helpful, positively responsive and always smiling - Any requests we made were handled quickly and professionally.. special mention for Ms.Jyoti. The buffet spreads offered a great variety and the flavours were perfectly balanced. And above all the location was absolutely perfect. First of all...very much cooperative...they allowed us early check in without any extra charges...room was clean and well equipped ...staff was polite..they even suggested what to visit at what time.. They basically helped in every way they could..and property is also well managed And the location is just perfect. I will definitely be booking this place whenever I visit rishikesh again.
