Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The host was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The room was tidy, clean, and had plenty of space to keep luggage and personal belongings comfortably. The bedsheets were well maintained, adding to the overall comfort. The food was excellent, both in taste and quantity, with generous portions being served. While the room itself did not have much of a view, the common hall/lounge area offered a lovely view that compensated for it. The lighting and ambiance were decent, though fairly average.

Hot shower, great location, really nice food and friendly staff. This place was a treat. Would highly recommend this place for travellers, couples and families.

The best thing about the hotel is the location - it is nestled in a forest and is quiet and "out of the way." The hot tub is by far my favorite place in the hotel. You can sit in the outdoor hot tub with steam coming off the water while looking out over snowy forest and mountain views. It was breathtaking! The pool area is lovely as well, and the staff are incredible....almost too helpful. The breakfast was amazing every day and in such a gorgeous setting as well. There were yoga activities and kids activities during the day, and I enjoyed reading in the quiet lounges along the side of the hotel. I had a wonderful experience traveling around Shimla and Narkana and the surrounding areas - all set up by the helpful hotel concierge/staff. It was a heavenly vacation away from the bustle during Chinese New Year.

I traveled solo and i am so glad i choose snow valley heights, all there staff was very professional and sweet.

Everything was perfect, I think they upgraded us to a view room when we only booked for a standard non view room.

Fantastic view from bedroom which was clean, comfortable with a good shower. Food was excellent and restaurant staff took good care of my partner who is coeliac. Efficient reception staff, can sort taxi into Shimla / station in just a few minutes.

It was excellent. I think you can introduce more of Himachali dishes in your breakfast. Bhandari savoured us with excellent matar puries veggies and loads of his life stories. The music was excellent. I danced my heart out with my loved ones. Thank you Gitesh and each n every member.

Great attention to detail. Service as usual was outstanding. Food is good and chef is always looking to please. Swimming pool is a great facility in the hills . Everything works like clockwork.

The breaakfast spread was very good. The live counter could do better with some clear cut direction signs and live counter menu of the day.

Loved everything. The staff was so courteous, helpful and friendly. It was my husband's birthday so without me asking them to get a cake they got one. The food is amazing! The breakfast and pizzas we ordered via room service were yummy. The place is serene and a perfect getaway for couples.

Location of the hotel is very good
