great choice ! we took the premium stay and everything was perfect about it . the rooms were spacious and comfortable, everything was clean, the pools were super fun, the supermarket was perfect and not expensive. the staff were super nice . we loved the place, 2 night were not enough for us… next time we’ll take at least 5.

Furthermore, the hotel’s bar is a sanctuary of sophisticated mixology. The ambiance is vibrant and elegant, the service flawless, and the libations are crafted with masterful precision. It was the perfect setting for exquisite relaxation However, the true lodestar of our magnificent stay was the incomparable Sara Olivieri. We wish to extend our deepest, most heartfelt gratitude to her. Sara is the very personification of grace, professionalism, and genuine warmth. Her attentive care and uncanny ability to anticipate our every need elevated our experience from memorable to legendary. She is an absolute gem and a credit to the Radisson brand. If you seek an oasis of flawless perfection in Florence, look no further. We await our return with bated breath.

The location in the Monti area was perfect—it is very close to the Colosseum and easy to get around. The room was spotless and very clean. Also, the owner, Diana, was so nice and welcoming to us.

The hotel is super clean and the staff are awesome they are always smiling and willing to help at anytime, once i checked in i found a message on the bed from the hotel management which is great thing to start my stay with and since that i was already happy i chose them Also the breakfast people are super friendly specially Roshan and hanibae thanks guys for making each morning special

Location is great, just next to the train station; walking distance to the city center. Room was comfortable and clean, so was the bathroom. Breakfast was great, had many options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

I loved the large buffet breakfast with fruit cheese meats and pastries. I enjoyed the jetted tub and large room. it was walkable to train station.

The location was amazing, nothing we wanted to see was longer than an 11 min walk away! The decor was beautiful and we had a wonderful stay. The jacuzzi was a great hang out area and the breakfast was ideal (staff was so friendly).

the place is wonderful, very comfortable and elegant, the view is reliefing, and the restaurant is of high quality. There is free parking inside. Receptionists are very professional, kind, polite, and helpful. There is also an arab receptionist who was the sweetest and most helpful ever. We extended our stay for 1 more night through the hotel. Definitly staying there again in the future.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Hoxton in Florence. From check-in to check-out, we were on cloud nine. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and both the hotel and our room were gorgeous and impeccably clean. The breakfast was something we genuinely looked forward to every morning, amazing food + delicious coffee + friendly staff. :) Bonus: The hotel offers a WhatsApp service, which makes it easy to request things like room service or adapters for electronics – and they always responded within just a few minutes. We were so impressed!

The room was large. We ordered a triple room and the single was attached and quite roomy. The decor was elegant with many mirrors for dressing and 2 sitting areas with a fireplace. The breakfast was wonderful and it had a bar for a pre dinner drink and respite after a day of sightseeing. Good value and location. Would recommend it.

We stayed for three nights with our family and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made traveling with family so much easier. The breakfast was excellent every morning with plenty of options, and the staff truly stood out — super helpful, professional, and always kind. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was the wellness area. The heated pool, sauna, steam room, and gym were all fantastic and very well kept. It was the perfect way to relax after long days out. Overall, a great stay and a place we would happily return to. Highly recommended, especially for families looking for comfort and quality service.
