The staff were helpful and friendly; everything with a smile. Bookings had older photos when I booked. The property was completely renovated and is gorgeous. Bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was excellent. The Termini is 3 blocks away and the colluseum & Forum is 2 stops. The bus station is across the street. Everything is accessible without being stuck in the center of obnoxious crowds. 30 minute walk to major sites in old Rome. Plenty of fabulous dining and shopping options.

Breakfast was excellent, room and was a good size and CLEAN. The staff was exceptionally co-operative especially a lady whose name if I remember correctly was Carolina. Besides her regular tasks, went out of her way to guide us to the different Touristic places and how to get there in and about the city of ROME. Thanks a ton CAROLINA and a big God bless. This is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in Europe. The location is perfect — right in the middle of all the main attractions. Everything was spotless, and each room comes with its own private WC and shower. The staff were also incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

The room fitted well for my family and the breakfast was very wonderful and nice.

Very attentive, nice hotel, walking distance to everything. Both my wife and I woke up and agreed that it was one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in!

I can’t say enough good things about this location. The spa bath was perfect after long days of walking. Close to shopping, dinner and attractions. Very clean and friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cardinal Hotel. The half-board option was excellent — we really enjoyed the breakfast selection, and the dinners were absolutely fantastic. Our room overlooked a beautiful old Italian villa, which added so much charm and character to the stay. The bathroom was spacious with a great-sized bath, making it extra comfortable and relaxing. Public transport was easy to navigate and just a short walk from the hotel entrance, which made getting around very convenient. We would happily stay here again.

Modern hotel with a some cool design features, restaurant and bar on the spot. The room was very well organized, big and really clean. 5 minutes on foot from the nearest metro station.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were wonderful. Very attentive. I will definitely reserving here for next year.

The staff were very nice and polite. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The food was delicious and very well cooked. I was fortunate enough to receive a room upgrade as well! All in all, I highly recommend this hotel.

Kindness and professionalism of the staff

Mica Franco is amazing! She is very helpful and a joy to talk with. She makes mundane tasks fun and she can help with anything and handle several issues at a time. Was only there 3 nights but felt like I knew her a lifetime.

I enjoyed very much the room that we had, the location and the staff. If you have a car, there’s also a parking garage for it, which is super handy. Also, if you don’t want to use your car, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that can take you to the Colosseo, Panteon, etc! The hotel is very clean and pretty too!

The hotel is amazing! I travel all over Europe and it was one of the best! Great location just 500 meters from Colosseum, friendly stuff with a sense of caring for the client and plenty of options to the well arranged breakfast! Congratulations to all that make this hotel so unique!

Excellent location close to the central train/metro station. Other than the limited space of the room and the shower facilities, the hotel was of superb value.

Very clean and well designed property. Everyone was brand new and the bed was very good value. The staff were very welcoming and offered to help book a taxi to airport. Breakfast was 18 EUR which is a bit expensive but included a number of fresh fruit and pastries and (unlimited) coffee. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome! Ohh and the electronically controlled black out curtains were fantastic!
