Everything we as perfect, staffs were super nice. The room is so spacious, we even got a big terrace, you got everything in the room even a washing machine. And a true public onsen in 1F of the hotel, like it was a superb experience. The breakfast is quite amazing, I never got fresh sashimi and fresh tempura like this in a hotel in Japan

This hotel was amazing for the price, and generally lovely. We had a very comfortable stay, including a lovely onsen on the top floor. Breakfast was exceptionally good, with a huge range to choose from. The location of this hotel is excellent, very close to train station, sightseeing and markets. We found fun places to visit and good food options close by.

This hotel is in an incredible location, just a short walk from Hakodate Station and only a minute from the morning market. One of the best perks was the breakfast voucher, which let us choose from 18 different stalls at the market. It’s also perfectly placed within walking distance of Lucky Pierrot (Burger store) which was a huge bonus. The room itself was spacious and our room offered an amazing view of the Hakodate portside. I also really appreciated the in-room washer and dryer, being able to do laundry at our own leisure for free was so convenient. Another thoughtful touch was the lobby’s live updates on the Hakodate Ropeway status, which made it easy to plan our trip up the mountain. It’s a well-thoughtout. Cant wait to stay another their other branches in other parts of the Japan.

The hotel is accessible to all of the tourist attractions and establishments like malls, restaurants.

Excellent location next to the train station. Easy walking to market and other areas of interest. Lovely onsen on 12th floor which we used every day. Great views of the city snd surrounds.

Stayed here for a week. It was super clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here. Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in a while. Planning on coming back again soon!

Excellent location right next to JR station with a Lawson below. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. There are ample laundry facilities and the onsen is very nice.

I love the room, it was spacious, a Japanese hotel. I loved the hotel lobby too,, beautiful and warm. Love that the Onsen uses water from the hot spring and there is both an indoor and outdoor Onsen. I loved the milky pool, felt very good and provided some privacy too.

The hotel staff were very helpful. The room was small but clean and comfy. The room comes with breakfast. The hotel is walking distance to the Hakodate Arena.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is wonderful with plenty of choices, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Property was exceptional, clean space, lots of amenities inside the room and facilities are super well maintained. The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The hotel is also located close to major areas ( 5 min walk from JR Hakodate station, right across Hakodate morning market ekini, 3 min walk from the nearby tram station or 7 min away from the Hakodate ekimae tram stop) and there are multiple konbinis nearby. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visitinf Hakodate!!!

Clean and new construction. Lovely Onsen on the top floor. Don’t usually do the inclusive breakfast but in this case it was part of the package. Breakfast was off the charts great.

The experience wa at the personal level. The old lady and her daughter were very accommodating! A one of a kind Japanese hospitality.

The location was not bad, but the quality of breakfast was no good. The vegetable salads were not fresh.

Nice sized room, better fit for foreigners who are used to more space. Staff is friendly!
