Nepali staff is so friendly Good vibes

New Hotel, very clean, beautiful, and good location near to train station, lot of restaurant and walking street. Bed is very great and comfort. There are fresh cook egg menu for breakfast, and other famous local Okinawa menu available including ice-cream.

The staff was exceptional. Very friendly! Rooms were very clean and the facilities and breakfast were good as well. There was a typhoon incoming, so we had to leave earlier then expected, but the staff helped greatly to help us in every way, we did not want to leave yet, but we will definitely come back to this beautiful hotel!

The location is perfect and the hotel was incredible in every way.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff was very helpful and informative. The room was great and we love the water pressure when taking a shower. The sliding door was cute and was a great amenity.

Breakfast was great! I liked that you could choose from Western, Japanese, or Okinawa cuisine. The location was very nice. Close to San-Ye (mall) and convenience stores.

The Hotel Skypool is very nice, with open bar for guests on floor 11 or upper, didnt knew about it when I booked the room. Very nice staff, helped me with everything, from information to shipping my stuff overseas.

Warm welcome, generous with amenities and loved the shampoo bar and also variety of extra pillows to choose from. My family and I were having a wonderful time enjoying our holiday in Okinawa with activities and also having a great time looking forward to going back to the hotel at the end of the day. My son loved Shi-sa-kun mascot so much that he couldn’t bear to leave him on the last night when he met him at the family lounge.

Spacious room, friendly staff, free ice cream and drinks all day. The swimming pool is great for kids and they also offer some traditional Japonese food like ramen and takoyaki. Location is good too, easy to get to the port and the Main Street.

Prime location and surprisingly quiet.

We booked the connecting rooms, even the size of each room is not large, but the doors in between can open, it turned out great and awesome!

room 830 breakfast was more than I expected will utilize again in future travels location was far from the center but made for a comfort walk. taxis readily available once leaving hotel and front desk was quick and efficient plus the check out process hope to have more experience with this hotel in the future.

Everything about our stay was amazing. It was more than what we expected. From being escorted at the front, being able to have the opportunity to use the lounge was amazing. Staff was also amazing.

Very gracious staff, clean rooms

Close to yui monorail and kokusai dori so it was easy to get to and there were lots of shopping and restaurants. Check in is at 3pm which you can drop off your bags beforehand and they brought up the bags to the room, which was a nice surprise. They can check you in at 12pm for additional fee. I added on the breakfast which had a lot of options and rotated items each day. It was nice not having to think about what to eat first thing in the morning and also some places are not open so early. I appreciate that they highlight local cuisine like champuro/bitter melon, chinsuko/sugar cane cookie, beni-imo/purple yam tart, hibiscus tea, sanpin/jasmine tea, shikawasa/local lemon-lime juice, and okinawa udon. The washer and dryer was affordable and the price includes detergent. The onsen is Japanese style, fyi so you need to be okay with nudity and gender separated. They have a pool but it was closed for the season but I like the vacay vibes. They also have some local art which was nice. The bathroom had shower and a tub. Pajamas and room slippers were also provided.

The building and room are fresh renovated. Very nice design with a lot of wooden elements. The breakfast buffet is amazing. This deserves 10 of 10 points. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great hotel! Both stylish and functional! Loved our corner view and I really loved they had an under the bed luggage rack that could slide out and under the bed. The restaurant options downstairs were great and definitely worth a visit. The coffee shop behind the hotel is also very cute and had great brews. Super central location in Naha too!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location was within walking distance from Kokusai Street and Shuri Castle. It was also not too far from the airport. Breakfast every morning was good. I enjoyed utilizing the pool as well.

Everything was great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us store the luggage also. The room is spacious and has everything you need.

The overall care and concern they had. I was checking in late with two kids and they quickly helped me get my luggage to the room. They allowed me to park a corner of the parking building. Even though the parking had closed. They talked kindly to my son and were smiling Everytime we saw them. It was a beautiful hotel stay.

Room is quite clean, considering a little bit smaller than I thought, bath room equipment's is perfect. We stay 3 nights here and I thought it's close to the main commercial street and easy to find a lot of good restaurant with walking distance.

Awamori tasting was great, really good information about Okinawa sake

The location was amazing. We could take public transportation to various parts of the city including Shurijo Castle and downtown shopping.
