Very new brand room; the most confortable mattress all over the places that i stayed in Nepal. After trekking and hiking around Himalayas, this is the place to stay: and also near one of the national park (the most closer green area to Kathmandu). The host, Mr. Hari, makes me feel home. Great option to go solo, family or big group.

I travel a lot, and I can honestly say this was one of my best experiences. Shivapuri Heights Cottage is a fantastic place with absolutely stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and a feeling of being completely taken care of. The service was outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. My room (tent) was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It had two terraces, and one with a private jacuzzi felt like a dream with a breathtaking view. Watching the sunset and sunrise from there felt magical. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, charm, and serenity. I can’t recommend Shivapuri Heights Cottage highly enough. A special mention to Ramita, the manager, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made the experience truly exceptional.

Didn't do breakfast thist time, but the Saturday buffet was awesome. Also had my favorite dinner dish twice - the veggie mushroom risotto, and the Chef came to my table to explain the care in preparation. He's awesome. I love this place.

The Staffs were soo co operative, looks like family, security was excellent. Really appreciating their hospitality. Highly recommended 👍

Good vibes all the way. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is kitchen available.. it was a nice change.. to cook for myself. Beautiful rooftop. Wifi is great. I felt very welcomed. Excellent for solo travellers.

The hotel was amazing, especially the rooftop bar and the staff working there. The quality of service provided by Sanjay, Sudip, Pardip, Alon and Kolpana exceeded our expectation. Special thanks to everyone working at the reception, helping us with everything. We were especially grateful for Suyan's kindness and supportive attitude! We will be staying here for sure during our next Nepal trip!

We had special requests according to our planned itinerary and scheduled activities, I must say the hotel management and staff everyone was so helpful to our needs and requests they took care of us and if I ever visit Nepal again I will definitely be staying in here. New property and very good and clean

Had to book there last minute but were very attentive and answering for late night calls, into the town for business and needed a place to stay where found Odaan a perfect stop for a nightover.

There are nice dining halls with organic coffee shops and the best views of Kathmandu city with a peaceful Environment. There is enough water and a super nice shower. All staff and owner are friendly and nice manner. anyway, there is great quality service for us. Thanks a lot for great service.

Boutique hotel vibe run by a Sherpa family. The hosts and staff are all very friendly, helpful, and smiling. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and has comfortable beds. Location is great, easy to walk to many places including the stupa. I appreciate the water dispensers (limits use of plastic bottles) and the very reasonable prices for food and specialty coffees.

The staff is so friendly. The breakfast was very nice and adequate.

The rooms are extremely clean and well-maintained. Also, the staff is very kind and caring. It’s a great location for accessing the monasteries in the Bouddha area.

The inn is located very close to the Boudha stupa and many other sites, including good restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the owner and his family were extremely helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with good options for me as a vegetarian.

A tranquil oasis in the heart of Kathmandu. Highly recommended!
