Very accessible to food location

Don't let the ugly neighborhood scare you! Most of Gensan looks the same. This hotel is a great value for the small price, its safe and quiet, friendly staff, about a 20 minute walk to the mall. Food drinks banks etc nearby.

It’s very spacious. Very clean . Has all the utilities you need . Wi fi and it was a very comfortable stay.. Gerald was great !! Very informative!

The place didn’t have free breakfast since it wasn’t a hotel. However, the place was Very cozy, comfy and relaxing. Perfect for single or couple traveller.

everything. my girlfriends and i had a great time. it's a beautiful house. the owners were kind and very accommodating. easy check in. the caretakers were excellent. it will always be in my mind as a re-booking in the future.

Checking in Ella made it smooth. Checking out Gerald helped and called my next destination to confirm directions before the cab arrived. The room was large, Aircon was cold, shower temp was perfect.

Two thumbs up for this beautiful home. Love the modernize design, cozy, spacious, clean and relaxing ambiance. Very hotel like smell when we enter, fragrant. With wifi, offline board games (have a fun activity away from gadgets) and complementary welcome items for the guest, Candies, coffee and teas, some hygienic items and with disposable slipper (I was looking for this in the previous hotel I stayed, in which they don't provide). Complete kitchen ware, we able to cook some fancy dinner in our stay and some healthy vegies for breakfast. They also have an affordable breakfast meals to offer. Advantages, it's near from the airport, also a walking distance to the wet market and stores so you don't need to worry 'bout food and for other emergency needs. It was a nice peaceful place you can able to work remotely. Secure and safe the owner house is just next to it so you can run everytime you have needs. They are very helpful and accomading with all our request and inquiries. An Instagramable and pinterest worthy. 😉 Love it! Thank you so much! For sure we will come back again. ❤️

Everything was spectacular. The owner was very friendly to us and always making sure that we have a very nice stay. The house is very clean too and I'm very attracted to the cooking sets. It was nonstick pan so I don't need to buy any oil. 👍 The thing is it doesn't have a mirror to check your outfit but it does have a nice interior and exterior design. Thanks for letting us stay. 😍

Very spacious place, with a feel like youre taking the place of a local. But in a nice and comfortable home. Didnt get to use the outdoor ammenaties but looked like a lot to do ouside and good for family outings. Highly recommend if you have little ones with you.

Good location and safe parking area! plus the neighborhood is quiet. good for people who wants to unwind and relax. Also in a strategic place if youre going to Srangani area to enjoy the beach
