The hotel staff is friendly, willing to answer questions and give directions and advice. I requested gluten free options for breakfast and several possibilities were provided. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, easy to find, and within walking distance to the tourist areas and several grocery chains.

Truly magical place with amazing owners who take care of their guests :) I felt very welcome there right from the start! The communal dinner and breakfast were delicious!

The place is fantastic. We stayed in a double room with private bathroom and everything was perfect. It was clean and bright, bed very comfortable. Great location, in the middle of the old town, right on the Camino. There was nobody at the reception, but we were sent an access code for the main entrance and very clear instructions how to get into our room.

Nice hotel along the camino road just perfect for rest after long day of waking. Staff was very friendly. Room was small but it had all you need. Cozy, clean - everything was perfect. Can only recommend.

Spectacular view of the River Minho and it is inside the Fortress. It is quiet and we couldn’t get enough of the view. Place is clean and cute!

The hotel is recently renovated. We had a corner room with 2 large windows and one with a Juliet balcony which opened up to the street inside the old city. It was very quiet at night. There is a common room with sofas, coffee and tea. It’s a beautiful hotel. The front desk service was excellent-we were able to check in early. I would definitely book again.

So far, on my 8th day on the Camino, this has been the best hotel! The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and equipped with a fridge and a coffee machine. The property itself is stunning, surrounded by a lovely garden and featuring a large swimming pool. The on-site restaurant served the best pilgrim lunch we’ve had so far. Diogo reached out before our arrival to confirm the time and was extremely kind and welcoming when we met. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home and the hosts were so kind leaving us a welcome basket with fruit, wine, pastries & orange juice. Very comfortable beds after a long walk along the Camino. We would love to stay here again

Location adjacent to good family restaurant. Auberge close to purchase Camino passport. Across the street from Fortaleza de Valença: Baluarte de São Jerónimo - not to be missed & has restaurants.

The property was right off the Camino. The room was big and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The heat worked. We booked the suite with the jet tub. The tub was wonderful. The hostess was very friendly and breakfast was good.

Exceptional facilities The owner was hospitable, kind, courteous and very attentive to our needs.

It was the perfect apartment for a layover day on the Camino. Amazing views and location, right in the heart of the walled city. The apartment was cute and comfy, and had everything we needed.

From the helpfull and kind host, Sandra, to the amazing view and relaxing feeling that the Space Zen has to offer, everything was excepcional. Ah! We also can't forget the amazing breakfast 👌
