From the pick up at the airport to the receptionist and housekeepers, the friendly ness and welcome was top class. Clean bathrooms with great amenities, an iron, ironing board, coffee and tea. Air-conditioning, and many channels on the TV. Great food both dinner and breakfast. I felt safe and can highly recommend.

Location excellent, very central to city center which is safe to walk, even at night. Very friendly and helpful staff. we stayed in the junior suite which is very nice and spacious.

My stay at The Nest was truly magical And one for the books. I was treated with so much kindness and professionalism by the kind staff. From the time I made my booking, to the day I arrived and was met by a kind driver “Mr George” at the airport and the communication with the hotel staff was clear throughout the entire process. Being a female solo traveler it can be nerve wracking as you never know what to expect. The location is fantastic and theres so much to do close by. The staff is made up of the kindest team who are super honest and so respectful. That really stood out for me. In terms of aesthetics, there’s an amazing flow, I loved the attention to detail. A lot of thought went into the design process and love how sustainable development was incorporated into the design of the property. Pictures dont do justice to how exquisite the place is. The food my goodness I was in heaven. Every single meal I had was so exceptional and the staff at the restaurant are just as meticulous. And the complimentary message mage the experience even more memorable. Such a thoughtful and wonderful gesture in making the entire stay simply phenomenal. I can’t wait to visit Rwanda again soon and will definitely be staying at The Nest. Thank you to every single staff member who went above and beyond to look after me. Bless you all.

The hotel is centrally located with in walking distance of many other services, shops, cafes, stadiums and other facilities. The staff are amazing and friendly. The space is beautifully curated and warm.

Waking up here felt easy and relaxing every day. The apartment had a nice balance of comfort and privacy, and the atmosphere stayed peaceful throughout my visit. I liked that things were simple but thoughtfully prepared, which made the whole experience feel genuine rather than overly formal. The staff were respectful, approachable, and quick to respond when needed.

The hotel was clean, the beds are so comfortable. The receptionist and manager are so friendly and very helpful. The hotel communication is top notch.

I had a really great stay at Luma & Lua. One thing I truly appreciated was the reliable WiFi was fast and consistent throughout my stay, which made it easy to work and stay connected. The hot showers were also excellent, especially after long days out. The water temperature was perfect and very consistent, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. I would love to come again and stay here, meet new people and soak in Kigali over a glass and beautiful conversation.

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip to Rwanda and it was amazing both times. there is a relaxed vibe to the place that makes you comfortable the minute that you walk in.
