The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is very central with relatively close proximity to the airport, as well as of course being within the shopping mall.

Hotel is close to the Jeddah airport which is a huge plus if you have flight early morning. The room was very spacious room and tidy. Staff was very helpful. They also offer free breakfast, that has a lot of variety. Definitely reserve again when needed.
