Cleanliness, staff and location.

My stay at Jabal Omar Makkah was truly exceptional. The service was outstanding, the staff were warm and attentive, and the location right by the Haram made every moment of worship easy and peaceful. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, creating a perfect balance of convenience and serenity. An unforgettable experience that I would happily return to and highly recommend.

Very nice hotel. Walking distance to the Haram and with a regular shuttle bus talking you there too if you want to use it. The shuttle is nice on the way back as it's a bit uphill. While we booked a regular double room, we got an upgrade to a Presidential Suite which was amazing. Huge windows with a direct view of the Haram, a nice spacious living area, dining table and a mini kitchen along with a big bedroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed

Alhamdullah, location is near the haram which made omrah easy and the service was great! The staff were more than amazing, super thankfull

Our experience with Voco hotel was amazing . Spacious and clean room. The staff very helpful and polite. The price is incredible compared with all the facilities. You have shuttle buses to al Haram from free.

The best part about the hotel is that it’s a 5 minute walk to Haram ( kabah). The hotel staff were really helpful. Breakfast was very good too.

I had an amazing two-night stay at Wassad Hotel Makkah, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in seamless and pleasant. The helpers were equally hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile, and any extra requests were fulfilled promptly. The room was absolutely perfect—clean, spacious, and well-appointed. But the real winner? The pillows! I had the best sleep, which was much needed after an exhausting Umrah. I woke up feeling completely refreshed and well-rested. One of the standout features of my stay was the welcoming station at the entrance, offering traditional Arabic coffee and dates. This thoughtful touch added to the warm hospitality of the hotel and made me feel right at home. Overall, Wassad Hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and genuinely caring staff. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay in Makkah!
