It’s worth it for the price of staying in this hotel

Every thing, the location is very close to haram,the staff especially at the reception Naser,very friendly and welcoming and smiling person , thank you Naser, the breakfast was really good, even we tried the dinner once , worth what we paid for , the view from our 12 floor room , very relaxing , even the house keeping welcoming staff, even the room was comfortable and clean

The hotel looks very modern, and the hotel is walking distance from Masjid Al Haram. Breakfast is available but it is up to your taste if you like it or not. Fortunately we liked the breakfast too. The staff is very helpful and thoughtful. The hotel is located on top of a steep hill, but there is a transport service by golf car who can always pick you up, which is a huge plus especially for a family. The price is great value for what you get. Highly recommended, and we will probably return.

It was one of my best stays in Mekkah. Super close to the Haram and very good facility. Staff were very nice and so helpful.

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional. Special thanks to Ms. Anwar and all the reception staff for their warm welcome and continuous support throughout our stay. The room was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of complimentary Arabian coffee delivered to our room on the first day, which made us feel truly welcomed.

This property is just a 10 minute by walk from the prayer areas outside gates of Masjid Al Haram. The entire staff was extremely polite including the manager, Mohammad Seif, and they genuinely care about their customers. Great customer experience & value for money!

The rooms are very comfortable. The beds were great. The rooms were super clean, and newly renovated. The staff is friendly. We have extended our trip by a day and they audit us the same rate.

excellent before travelling, i was near to cancel my reservation due to the bad reviews , but after i went there i realized that it must be fake reviews the hotel is very nice, superfast check in, very good location only 15mins amusing walking in beautiful street of IBRAHIM ALKHALIL, room is clean , 4 beds , excellent room service . and i want exceptionally to thank the pullman who helped me at my leave and carried my bags up to the bridge and waited with me until we found a taxi and helped put bags inside the car. i don't know his name .. but i can't thank him enough, i hope him the best in all his life . The room was clean, the staff were friendly, the location was not bad about 20 mins walking from Haram, the bathroom was great, WiFi was excellent, and the value for money was matching the whole deal.
