Friendly and helpful staff all the time

Based on the price per night this hotel was amazing and also location was good. Indian restaurant is very near.

This is a very good hotel. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a wonderful time in Riyadh.

The receptionist working the night shift (around 1am on jun 14) was so warm and welcoming. Check in was smooth and he ensured an easy and comfortable stay.

What I liked most is each and every staffs are with great hospitality.

The staffs are very hospitable, friendly and accommodating they will assist and help you once you needed. Also, the room was very comfortable and neat. Lastly the breakfast was so amazing and delicious. Keep up the good work.

Located near the new metro station right in the heart of a buzzling market, good restaurant option nearby, very friendly staff at reception. Good price value. Bit tricky to find, but just show the pohoto of the entrace from booking.com and everybody knows in the market where the hotel is.

The location was a walking distance to where I needed to go.

I love the room size, the immaculate toilet and the pillow and beddings, it is like a 5 star level hotel. I have been living in Riyadh for the last 10 years, so to be in the city center and stay in Aloft is amazing

The hotel is perfectly clean which we appreciate most. There is always someone who cleans it e.g. during the breakfast. By the way, breakfast is so delicious, very rich choice, the best we had during our stay in Saudi. Staf is so nice and helpful. You even receive welcome drink - mango juice. Free coffee and dates in the lobby are a great bonus.

Room was upgraded by the hotel because we were on the honeymoon and breakfast was good but it can be improved by adding some Indian and Pakistani cuisines
