The service was exceptional. My girlfriend and me really enjoyed our visit here. The room was really clean and the staff were proffesional and nice.

they gave us the room a couple hours before our check in, we came from a long flight and were super grateful for this. the hotel also has a pool so we were able to relax and recharge !!! the hotel also offers free transportation to the airport

The staff , environment & cleanliness

When we arrived in the lobby the reception was quite busy, but it was well managed and we are well welcomed and accommodated. Jessica who checked us in were hospitable and very helpful. Other staffs were helpful as well. There was even an incident that one male kid knocked in our room and was looking for his parents. The couple who passed by was helpful also since the man can communicate to the kid in Arabic. Some of the staffs came over in our floor and they make sure that the kid will be reunited with his family. Keep up the good job, all of you were very professional in handling that kind of situation. The hotel is very new, room was clean and has good amenities.

The bed is very comfortable. Very nice room Also we got our bed decorated for our honeymoon with balloons and towels shaped as swans and a delicious piece of cake. We had a memorable souvenir of our stay

The experience was flawless right from the start, thanks to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Hany, whose high professionalism and warm welcome set a benchmark for world-class hospitality. A special thanks also goes to Ms. Khadija for her elegant attitude and welcoming smile that makes you feel at home instantly. As for the room and cleanliness, they are on a whole different level! The attention to detail is immaculate, and the room was spotlessly clean, beautifully organized, and incredibly comfortable. It feels like a peaceful sanctuary where everything is taken care of to perfection. A truly top-tier stay, and definitely not my last. Thank you to the management and the wonderful team for maintaining such an outstanding global standard!
