Everything was nice , the hotel is in the middle of taksim square , everything was provided by hotel , the rooms were clean and very spacious, The breakfast was very delicious Highly recommended hotel

I arrived to the hotel atound 9am, I had just arrived from a 21-hour flight and was so tired. The hotel staff greeted me really warmly. I told them that I was so tired and asked them for help if they have any available room to be settled earlier than check-in time. They told me that they can do this but need some time to clean up the room, I was so hungry and somehow they felt this, and told me that their buffet breakfast is still available. So they offered me a really nice breakfast and after that my room was ready. With this said, I would like say thank you very very much for all their warm services and especially for Receptionist Mr. Cengiz. ❤️❤️❤️

The breakfast was delicious, plenty options. We enjoyed the outdoor setting.

Location is perfect. Yes there are routes where roads are steep but google maps also directed us to routes easier to walk on esp for my parents. On the quiet side of Galata. Lovely staff. Room had netflix so I’m glad I didn’t have to log in via my account and go through tedious log in. Very clean place.

This place was recommended to me by my Turkish colleague and I absolutely loved every moment of my stay. For those who do not expect Hilton kind of comfort, but rather authenticity and hospitality, it's a hidden gem.

DielLage des hotels ist wirklich super. Man erreicht den großen basar in nur etwa fünf minuten zu fuß. Außerdem fährt direkt vor dem großen basar die Straßenbahn mit der man ganz einfach nach sultanahmet und zu vielen anderen sehenswürdigkeiten gelangt. Das hotel verfügt über ein restaurant auf der dachterrasse mit einem schönen blick aufs meer. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir dass Tee und kaffee kostenlos sind und man sich jederzeit nachnehmen kann. Das frühstück wird als tellergericht serviert und entspricht einem klassischen türkischen frühstück. Meiner meinung nach war es vollkommen ausreichend und sättigend. Das WLAN funktionierte gut und war schnell genug. Das einzige was verbessert werden könnte, ist die sauberkeit – hier wäre etwas mehr sorgfalt wünschenswert.

This place is amazing. I had a very early flight in the morning and needed a place near the Airport. This hotel really exceeded my expectations. 1. The staff was extremely nice and polite, especially the girl at the reception. She was really cute and had excellent english. She did help me with the airport transfers prior to my arrival via Whatsapp. She took care of me and made sure we were feeling welcome. She is a big plus for the hotel. Thank you cute girl whose name I didn't learn :(. 2. The location is about 15 mins drive from the Airport so it is perfect for early flights. Istanbul traffic can get crazy. There are nice places nearby as well as a 24 hour delivery service from the reception which was really worth it. 3. The cleanliness was spot on. The room was nicely decorated, big enough and a very nice shower. It was quiet at night and also very warm despite the very low temperatures outside. The bed was very comfy and clean. Overall this place really exceeded my expectations. I was thinking it will be very basic considering the low price, but it really wasn't. If i will ever need a place near the airport again this is the place i will always stay. Thank you.

Location of the hotel is really good and staff super helptful especially Siraj! He helped us so much with all the problems that we had, with lugagges, he gave us a lot of useful informations 😊

It was a truly wonderful stay at ERBA Sultanahmet Hotel in Istanbul! The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the main historical sights, yet the hotel itself feels calm and cozy. What stood out most to me was the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Every interaction was warm and genuine, and they went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. You can really feel their dedication to hospitality, which added a very personal touch to the experience. The room was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Best possible location for visiting the top sites of Istanbul...walking distance to all the Sultanahmet sites, and right on the tram line to get to other locations around the city. Nice breakfast terrace with a modest selection. Small wet bathroom, but a good shower. It was hot when we were there but the little hardworking A/C kept the room cool enough. Cold water in the lobby.

The closeness to the old City, the walking distance to the Grand Bazar (10min) and the sea. Awesome location. Train stop is at the corner. Helpful staff, especially Utku.

The room was spacious and clean! The location was amazing, can’t ask for anything better - all the main attractions were about 5-10 mins walking distance. The breakfast was simple and fresh. The staff was helpful and courteous, especially Mubashir.

We stayed at this small, modern hotel twice—before and after a trip to Antalya—and I rebooked because of its fantastic location, just steps from the main attractions, and the room was clean and surprisingly quiet for central Istanbul. Breakfast was made even more special by the view of the Palace of Antiochos ruins. The hotel's airport taxi service was also a good choice: I paid exactly the quoted price.
