Staff is super helpful, property is super clean. Everything about this hotel is amazing! It is far beyond my expectations. The view, pools, SPA, A/C in the room, internet speed, breakfast and everything! I will definitely visit again! The brand new, luxurious and comfortable auto of the hotel. The customer service especially from beach boy Muhammed was amazing. He was so attentive and made sure we were settled with what was needed for our seating.

Like everything. Our first night in Turkey was super perfect! -Good location in the middle of the town. Close to everything I needed. -Very beautifully decorated room. The room had everything I needed. -Very friendly staffs. Dantela was so nice. Other staffs were very helpful. -Best breakfast ever in Turkey. I felt like home having breakfast at this hotel. Various choice they provided.

Besides the exceptional service, what is worth mentioning is the amount of kindness of the staff & reception. Always willing to help you with all their efforts and always trying to make you feel like home. Honest, sympathetic, good and caring people. My girlfriend and I came all the way from the United States, and we were joined by another couple, so there were four of us in total. To keep it simple, our experience at Ariel Hotel exceeded all expectations. First of all, the location is fantastic. You can reach the heart of Alaçatı in less than a minute on foot. Parking can be challenging in Alaçatı, as it is throughout the town, but Ariel has an agreement with a nearby parking lot where guests can park for around 300 TL per day. This is useful information for anyone planning to stay here. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Muhammed. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail immediately stood out. Throughout our stay, he consistently checked in with us, made sure we had everything we needed, and provided helpful recommendations and information. His hospitality truly made a difference. The hotel itself is quite new, and the rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained. Since there was availability, Muhammed kindly upgraded our rooms without us even asking, which was a wonderful surprise. We had plans to visit a beach club the following day, and both Muhammed and another staff member, Enver, took the time to explain our options and help us choose the best fit. I personally had concerns about beach club pricing, but Ender patiently explained how their partner agency operates and reassured us that we would not encounter any unpleasant surprises. He was extremely helpful and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Mehmet Ali, who works in the restaurant, was another standout member of the team. He always had a positive attitude and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast deserves special recognition. Remziye Hanım prepared one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had. After serving an incredible spread, she still came to our table to ask each of us individually if we wanted anything else.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. If I come back, I will stay here again. The staff was so amazing and helpful. The room was very clean. They even upgraded my room to a sea view. I was so happy here. And the beach is amazing.

The hotel is modern and well-equipped. The room has everything you need. The pool area is clean, wowels are always available.

It is great. Everything was done with a plan. You can enjoy by the pool in peace and quiet. Very, very clean. Staff is great. Breakfast classic Turkish. Parking is on the street. There is no need for reservation. Food is delicious. Beach is nearby. We liked how everything was quiet. We had great sleep. The room was spacious, the bathroom was also, and there was plenty of hot water.

We had a memorable stay at Rasim Palas. Elegant building with cosy rooms , very clean , spacious & comfortable beds. Excellent location & friendly staff , beautiful lobby with bar. Well secured building. Good WiFi . Recommend Alliance restaurent nearby for delicious food & wine!

The location is excellent. Just beside the Cesme Castle and opposite to Cesme Marina. The staff was super kind and attentive. Extreme feeling of staying in an old Saray.

Both of the two receptionists we interacted with were so professional and helpful that they alone made our trip memorable. They have gone above and beyond by helping us contact nearby beach clubs to collect information, greet us with a smiling face, care about our day and comfort. The breakfast was delicious as well with ingredients differing from day to day.

The staff are amazing 🤩 and the owner was very welcoming. They offered us anything we asked for, even car rides when we didn’t want to use our car. Very friendly, and I can’t say enough of the whole team welcoming. That’s my third time in the area, and this place will be my second home to stay in Alacati.

I would like to thank to all people who work there. I can't remmeber all the names but İlkin Bey and Nurcan Hanım, from the beginning to end they were so helpfull. They all welcome you with a great smile and hospitality. Breakfast was great. But i can't say the same things for the dinner option. you can have better opiton outside, at Marina. The room was clean all the time. housekeeping was doing good job!
