Perfect place for staying, excellent accommodation for both short and long stays...completely equipped with all the necessary things for life...Staff very friendly...👍🥰 It is a little far from the city and the beach, but that's why it offers a magical view...

We had a lovely stay at Hassan's. The host family, who also runs a nice restaurant on the waterfront, was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nicely appointed with a good shower and a nice view of the harbor over some lower buildings. The bed was very firm, but we switched to the pull-out sofa which worked for us. The breakfast was great with a nice view of the harbor as we ate at the family's restaurant (we also ate their for dinner). Even when they had trouble with their WiFi, they borrowed a family member's WiFi to make sure we had coverage. Above and beyond!We would stay again.

Demre itself is a unique town. It has amazing historical sites with a bustling town square - surrounded by a sea of plastic greenhouses. This family run hotel is on the edge of town. It was great because we had a car and could go into town or easily cross D400 to the pebble beach. Sparkling clean one bedroom units with a washing machine and balcony. Lovely family fixed a nice breakfast. If in Demre I would stay again.

Baris was very welcoming and provided us a lot of useful tips. The place was very quiet and good for relaxation and the house dog and cat made the atmosphere sweeter. The whole surroundings being quite tourist free suited perfectly our needs.

This apartment was the perfect stay for our time in Demre and had more than what we expected and without a doubt - the price to value is incredible. I’ll start off by thanking the host, who was incredibly responsive over our 2 day stay and within minutes would respond to the questions I had regarding transportation, recommendations/suggestions, etc. So, first and foremost, thank you for your hospitality and reliability during our trip. We stayed here for 2 days along our Lycia way hike and it provided the perfect point of rest and reset we were looking for. The kitchen allowed us to make our own meals, the washing machine allowed us to wash our clothes (for no charge), and although it was only the two of us - there were 3 beds and 3 couches that could act as additional beds. The property itself was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped with the tools you’d need to cook, and the surrounding property was very pretty. Location wise, it’s the perfect place to rent a motor bike to go see the ruins, ride along the coast, and enjoy the city of Demre. An additional huge plus and thank you to our host, who was so kind and allowed us to store some of our bags away for 5 days as we continue along in our Lycia way hike.

The villas are clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly! The villas are easy to find and walking distance to the beach. The pool was clean. Great spot!
