Everything was perfect starting from the check in to checkout , the staff were very professional and Kind , especially the manager assistant “Ahmad” he is one of the reason that will let me back again , the view was wonderful , everything was clean.

The hotel is fully renovated and the rooms are nice and clean. The pool is nice and very clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

The rooms were very extra clean from every corner and spacious. The hotel was near the sea and had a well-maintained thermal pool. It took only 5 minutes to reach the Marmis Public beach and 2 minutes to the City Center. We enjoyed the stay. Love from Pakistan!

This was my second stay at this establishment! It is a piece of heaven. Accommodations are excellent. Staff treats you like family. Food is awesome. Beach and pool are gorgeous. Tours are easily arranged by Jimmy.

Great location , big rooms , helpful staff

The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle and noise of the town, but it's easy to walk into the centre along the canal, or even to catch the ever frequent local bus there and back if you'd prefer. The hotel itself was just great. We had a decent size room with a very comfortable large bed, a fantastic power shower, a small balcony overlooking the pool and plenty of clothes storage furniture. We also had ample large and small towels which were changed frequently. (They also provide pool towels if you ask for them). Indeed our room was often titied and cleaned. The pool was plenty big enough for the amount of guests at the time we were there, and although the water could be on the chilly side, I swam every day. I only realised after returning home that we had breakfast included in our deal. If this was indeed the case, I wish a member of staff could have mentioned this to us, but, nevermind as we often slept late! We had dinner on one occasion there and it was excellent. The staff were all exceptional: the receptionists were welcoming and informative. If they were not at the desk, the bar/ restaurant staff were more than attentive and helpful. The cleaners were so cheerful and friendly. They were also very thorough. We had hired a car to explore the region and there was always plenty of parking in the road above the property. Finally, I would like to reiterate how quiet and peaceful it was there compared perhaps to the main town.
