It’s within walking distance to the main strip. You can see the Wheel from the front balcony. The decor is very nice as well.

Great breakfast and had lots parking

I really liked this place from check in to check out. It was me and my husband and my little shihtzu the staff was friendly, check in was no problem. We got to our room and it was really nice and clean, my compliments to the housekeeping staff, our room was spacious and comfortable, for the most part quiet, yall went out of your way to make our stay a memorable one. I loved that my gigi was able to come and the door going in and out with her was just down from our room. Breakfast was very good. I loved all the nice hot choices that was there. The bed was comfortable i loved all the amenities available. The microwave, fridge, the nice island with the sink the sitting area with couch, we didnt feel so claustrophobic in there the iron and ironing board the window seat, we just liked it very much, when we come back again ill be reaching out to microtel again. Thanks again. I will give yall many thumbs up if i could. It was nice and warm in there ,cause it was cool out the heat kept it warm in there felt cozy.i loved all the plugs and usb ports for devices. The hairdryer was a nice touch the little coffee maker it was all excellent. I loved the 24 hour front desk to. The locks on the door made us feel safe and peep hole in the door also. I loved also the do not disturb signs many places dont have those anymore

I liked everything especially the fact that the pool doesn't close.. the staff was very friendly and everything was very clean.very affordable and great location..

The room was very clean the staff was very nice and helpful and I would recommend Park Grove to anyone to stay. Next time we're in Tennessee we will reserve Park Grove again.

New hotel, everything clean and well thought out. Instant hot water at the sink and shower. I really liked the shower handle being on the opposite side of the shower head. Another thing I liked was the heating/ac vent placed in such a direction as not to blow in your face when laying in bed. Comfortable bed, but pillows all the same thickness. Very well insulated walls, temperature didn't fluctuate much, nor did I hear anyone in the hotel. Also very good dinner

Everything was so clean and comfortable it was a wonderful experience with activities for everyone all around for young and old. We loved it.

The only problem was that something stung me in the middle of the night. I asked them to change rooms.

The breakfast was very good, we went out there to spend a couple of days for my birthday it was a very good time thank you for all your guys do

Speechless!!!! There’s a reason why this place was rated #1. Had the pleasure of staying here for 1 night at a very low off season rate and couldn’t pass it up. Absolutely impeccable. I would 100% choose this one over the Gatlinburg one.

Our king suite was beautiful and very reasonable. We had a fireplace, balcony, comfortable king bed., and our room was huge. The breakfast was more than expected for continental.

Pool and hot tub were very nice Very clean room

People were super nice wegher at the front or the cleaning staff ... Breakfast was great and with complimentary tea/cofee all day .. 10 min walk from Titanic museum and right off the street where you can head to Gatlinburg .

The location was great and easy to access from either side of the parkway. The rooms are updated from previous stays and very comfortable for the price. The rooms were clean with a nice sized fridge for food.

I can't say enough great things about Black Fox Lodge! I'm truly grateful for lodging accommodations that are NOT pet friendly. This is like trying to find Atlantis these days but thank you, Black Fox Lodge for clean, pet-free accommodations. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The building is pretty pristine and smells fresh and clean. It's convenient to all things Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and easy to get in and out of. I would happily stay there again and highly recommend it!

Clean Friendly staff Location

Jess was great along with the other workers. The beds were so comfy and we had a great night's sleep! I only wish we had stayed longer than one night to experience more the location had to offer. We did eat breakfast there and it was delicious! I loved that they have vegan options and understand what vegan is. Their dinner menu looked great as well. We enjoyed the smores although it was unfortunately too hot for the fire. A fall visit would be fabulous! We played games (I would suggest a better selection). Bathroom in the tent was amazing! Bed and Bathroom are the two things as I get older that I miss while camping.
