The room was clean and I got a early check in option by email, I didn’t have to call and ask for it. The staff was amazing

The value for money for this specific accommodation is perfect. The rooms are large, nice and clean, everything wasabove expectation.

Amazing couple running the place who make their guests feel at home. Walkable to city center. Nice fall decorations.

Brenda the office manager was so friendly and lovely. She was extremely accommodating and always had a big smile. Great walking distance to old town. Cute bar across the road also.

For sure a bit pricey but every penny worth. The staff is great. Starts with the valley to the front desk and the restaurant personnel and as well the cleaning. The rooms are modern and very clean. Personally the cleanest I’ve seen in a long time! Breakfast was fresh and a big buffet. We would have loved to stay one more night hopefully next time.

Great hotel close to downtown shops and plaza. Easily drove in and out of the area. Lovely hotel

My decision to stay here was the shuttle service (free) to the airport. And, being close to Walgreen’s & Walmart.

Big, well equipped room, good breakfast, quiet

Very nice room, cozy and authentic. Excellent breakfast, that came even with a menu (!!) and real cutlery and plates - wonderful, esp. after all the plastic (waste) in other hotels.

Nice set up with pool and hot tub; spacious apartment with full kitchenette all included. TV in living room and sleeping room; bathroom offered enough space and lots pf towels.

The stay was great! Location was about 3 or 4 blocks to shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and well equipped. Extra garbage bags, paper products, and cleaning supplies. Lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker etc. Two fridges to store beer & wine and food. Our host was fantastic! The communication was quick and MaryAnn was very helpful when we had questions. Parking was tight but we were able to park on sight no problem.

Great location! In a quiet and beautiful neighborhood but can walk to many restaurants within 5-10 minutes. It was wonderful to have such a well appointed kitchen as well. Very clean and comfortable - thank you!

Perfect location, beautiful hotel

Butler service, continental breakfast and happy hour made our stay extra comfortable and leisurely. On demand shuttle was a lifesaver as we had snow and very cold temperatures…truly made it easy to get around in less than ideal weather. Appreciated the turn down service and upscale in room amenities.

The property is quaint and historic. The rooms have a calming atmosphere. Above all the entire place is clean (my top item of importance). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Secreto Bar is also very nice and has knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic location, modern style especially compared to the old and tired standards near the Plaza. We also like the ease of getting in and out of the unit without the need for a front desk person.

Large and very comfortable rooms! Super comfy beds. It was so nice to have a fireplace in the room; even though it wasn't wood burning, it was still very cozy. Great location and EXCELLENT staff!!
