The hotel is very lovely, the rooms are amazing, clean and decorated with good taste. The service was very good and the food delicious. The breaksfat is definitely worth it! And we’ve loved the gym and the spa.

Phenomenal location very near the outlet road to the Valley of Desolation. The property is wonderfully appointed with a super comfy room, nice common areas and huge dining room : open kitchen. Rob and Annie were great hosts. Breakfast was excellent.

We walked through the door and entered this absolutely beautiful and special little oasis. It has everything you need and really invites one to have a braai in the courtyard and whilst waiting for the fire to get ready you can hop in the splash pool to cool off. Dawid and Karlien are great and very responsive hosts. Next time we come we will definitely use some of the services they offer such as a home cooked dinner and having our car washed after all the sand.

It was a lovely surprise! This renovated traditional house feels like a boutique hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed, the place is very clean, and the service is exceptional. Breakfast was great too! A wonderful place to stay.

This game reserve stands out for us because of the beautiful landscape of rolling hills and dramatic mountain ranges. Game viewing in this setting is something special. Our ranger and the general staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The Hillside Manor is luxurious comfort. Definitely one of our best family experiences. Spacious room, very clean, the comfortable bed and the quiet neighborhood. Toni the hostess was very informative, she provided many local attractions information. We had chance to visit the gorgeous Valley of Desolation by her suggestion.

The location was great for us. We chilled out the first afternoon on a private patio overlooking a delightful garden. Our favorite coffee/lunch shop was only a block or so away. It was also convenient for the activities we had planned for both days. Would definitely stay again.

I like the old furniture and the food was great. Warm water and the shower was big enough. The wooden floors, vintage things at the tables. Beautiful. Will definitely stay there again.
