Close to Egyptian museum and Public promenade. You can take Uber scooter to Khan Al Khalili, Al Moez street. All of the staffs are very active and helpful. They always make sure that you will get breakfast or not and for room cleaning after day 2. I suggest you to keep in touch with the staffs in Hotel Whatsapp. Special thanks to Walied and Ereny who were ready to answer all of my questions and help me on anything I asked for. The rooms are big and clean , pillows and bed and blanket are comfortable, it's quiet at night so I can sleep well everyday. You can order food delivery with Talabat app. For taxi I use Uber and don't forget the tips 😅

We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room (No. 2152), which was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The room had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The hotel grounds are stunning, with multiple swimming pools and an amazing aqua park right by the entrance—our kids were in heaven! The dining experience was exceptional. With five different themed restaurants to choose from for dinner, we were spoiled for choice! The Eastern, Italian, Asian, steakhouse, and seafood restaurants all offered delicious, high-quality food—something we’ve never seen in a hotel before. A special thank you to Mr. Mahmoud at reception, who warmly welcomed us and ensured a smooth check-in. We also want to express our deepest gratitude to Mr. Sabir, whose professionalism and dedication were outstanding—he resolved a minor issue swiftly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. His assistant, Mr. Kareem, was also a true gentleman, ensuring every detail exceeded our expectations. The hotel is located in a nice area in the center of Cairo, away from the street noise as it is on the 9th floor. The true gem of the hotel is the exceptional treatment from the staff. They are incredibly kind and friendly, always willing to help and offer great advice. Having breakfast every morning on the terrace, enjoying the stunning views and the excellent service of the staff, was a wonderful experience. They also organize high-quality tours in Cairo and other parts of Egypt, which was very helpful since we hadn’t planned anything in advance. We highly recommend this hotel for its great value and quality, and we will definitely return next time!
