Cozy House was ideal for our family vacation. The spacious cottage even had bunk beds for our kids, making it very convenient for families with children. We had a safe, free parking spot for our rental car, and in the morning a generous free breakfast was delivered to our room – the kids absolutely loved the fresh fruit and pastries. The property includes a children’s playground and indoor play area, and the hosts went out of their way to entertain our family. With these family-friendly amenities and a warm, homey feel, this guest house turned our Dilijan trip into a memorable adventure.

The room was tidy and clean, and the overall stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, and if you have the chance, I highly recommend trying the dinner as well.

We initially booked for two nights, but the experience was so good that we extended for three more. The lake view is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The price was very reasonable as well. (Our stay was in March 2026.)"
