Cute town nearby. But the best part of our stay here was Breakfast. You choose what you would like the night before and it gets served as a diner style breakfast. Well done.

Good location for visiting the city and our family.
Room was good size and comfortable. Very clean.
Food in the restaurant was excellent.
Staff were very helpful.
Easy to push my mum around in her wheelchair and although there were stairs up to the reception, there was a lift.
Kids club available in the evenings in July & August for free.

Family friendly property with everything you need. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Very cosy and homely feel. Very clean and well looked after. Great outdoor area for sitting out. Also plenty for children to play including zip line and trampoline. Great location for exploring West Cork and less than 10mins from Rosscarbery which has plenty of activities for the children in Smuggler's Cove.

Location was great.
Issues were responded to really quickly.
Jane our host was lovely ,very approachable .Nothing was an issue.House was very well stocked with all equipment a big family could need and was spacious .We were 5 adults and we children and had plenty room.
Travel cot and high chair were available which was great too.

We (2 adults, 2 children) were very happy with our stay in Rookery Mews. It was spotlessly clean, with plenty of fresh towels for everyone. The kids were delighted with the on-site playground. Very handy to have access to a washing machine and dryer. Just a 10-minute walk to the town. Would have no problem recommending to family and friends.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. The spa was outstanding, outdoor jacuzzi a treat and the pool was nice and quiet. We travelled with our six month old baby, and the Cliff House hotel was really baby friendly, the staff were so amazing, offering cool luxury baby high chairs, so we enjoyed our dinner together. Food was exceptional, seafood in particular. Room on the small side, but the luxury bathroom and bathtub, private terrace and views of water were what the experience was all about.

The room was spacious and spotless with very comfortable beds. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and quiet with a really nice river walk. The food was lovely, with a good choice at breakfast. In particular the staff couldn't do enough for us. They were excellent going above and beyond, especially with our small children who were spoilt by Maggie and Josephine! Would definitely recommend for families.

Too expensive trying to charge families using the pool 2 euros for a nappy ridiculous also can't buy separate items like a egg for toddlers without buying a continental breakfast is also ridiculous....would not recommend anymore even me and my family stating there for years

Our host was excellent, great welcome ,lovely accommodation very clean modern but old style comfortable. We loved it. My children of 12 and 18 also enjoyed it felt it very family friendly. We had local music in the bar while playing cards have a drink and the chats. While there is no hot breakfast there was plenty to eat for breakfast. The tea is just like being at home in Tipp. Our host was so friendly as we're all the staff. We got loads of local information which we found brilliant as we would have missed out if we had not asked.
