The breakfast was very good. The staff accommodated me with gluten free options. The staff greeted us every morning with smiles. Asked about our plans what we had seen the day before. Made suggestions, were very knowledgeable about attractions and restaurants the staff Vittorio Cinzia Aldo Rosalin were amazing and made our stay welcoming comfortable and were very knowledge able and professional. We enjoyed! Thank you.

After you arrive in Naples via train, you are a little shocked due to the environment feeling unsafe. When you keep walking you arrive in this hotel and get shocked again as to how clean, nice, full of details it is :) Complete opposite of what you see until you reach the property!

The location is perfect, same as the apartment and the view is amazing! The staff is very friendly and is willing to help wherever possible. This was my second stay and I would most certainly recommend it.

Brilliant location. Rosario was exceptionally helpful, giving tips on where to eat, visit and directions. I can't rate this place highly enough. Breakfast was delicious, beds were really comfortable. Great communication prior to our visit. Clear check in instructions. Staff were all friendly and polite. If you are staying in Naples this is the hotel you need to use.

I have stayed in a couple of hostels as a solo traveler, this was by far the best! At first thinking that a hostel in Naples might be a little risky considering Naples to be a sketchy city unless you know how to navigate it (especially at night) and that it may attract sketchy people I decided to book this hostel a little further from the crazy center areas. The area in which the hostel is feels generally safe with only downside that if you have luggage there is a bit of an uphill if to reach it, at least from where I went. The bed was truly clean comfortable, had these great curtains that NOT all hostels have, so it makes you feel more private,(charger in your bead and a great self right where you want to have in your bed, clean bathroom, locker (bring your own 🔒) and a truly cozy living room with couches /sofas. Also the shared bathrooms I used where also shining clean! The most interesting part of the hostel is ofc the garden which features a cozy garden right where you want to chill after walking 30.000 steps in your Naples trip. Closing, I had nobody snoring there which made it extra positive, there was a " friendly alert " for customers notorious of snoring in this hostel's site, does this stop people who snore to book a bed in your hostel and ruin your vacation? Maybe not maybe yes maybe it should, in anycase it worked and I had nobody snoring in my room luckily, but it was worth mentioning .The personnel 2 girls and I guy I met where lovely and the 2 cats at the reception made everything even cozier.

State of art hotel, modern and good facilities. Excelent breakfast. Plenty of parking. First hotel I have seen with USB A and C charging points at bed side. It has an upscale restaurant.
