The property has a great location that’s central to town but in a quiet street. The room and bed were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is clean as well. Rinas was so helpful while I was in a stressful situation with my shuttle never arriving. He found another ride for me last minute and saved the day. 10/10 would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Woodnest. The rooms are simple but nicely done – clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. They might not be super fancy, but for the price (especially compared to other places in the area), they’re genuinely such a good find. The location is peaceful, and the setting has a really nice, natural feel to it. But what made the experience even better was the friendly and helpful staff – everyone we spoke to was kind and welcoming, which added such a nice touch to the stay. If you’re looking for a solid, no-fuss place that still feels well cared for and has a bit of charm, Woodnest is definitely worth it. Can u change this a little

We are a middle class couple living in Sri Lanka and wanted to come to Arugam Bay to be close to the beach and have a comfortable and quiet place to study with the occasional swim break. We were so pleased to find Sea La Vie which perfectly fit our needs. We originally booked a 4 night stay, and extended an additional 4 nights! The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The property is located in the middle of the town, just off the main road, providing a location just a few minutes walk from the beach! An added value of being just off the main road, is the reduction in outside sounds of the night life. The best part of the place is Dilan, the owner, and his dedicated staff. Shehan and Shashi are extremely kind, supportive, and continually worked to find ways to provide what we needed. On our arrival, there were some people already staying at the property, and the first thing they said was, "you made a great choice." They weren't wrong, we make the same recommendation to you.

Gal Oya Lake Club in Paraganakele provides accommodations with a fitness center, a garden, and a bar. This homestay features free private parking and a concierge service.

We had the Lake view tent with all Komfort you may want. The spacious area ist very well maintained. Staff ist extremely accommodating. The Pools are in exzellent condition. The approx. 4-hour safari to Gal Oya NP ist a must, Well organized and reasonable priced.

Lovely accommodation with a superb location. Everything was within walking distance, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, as well as quick and easy access to the beach. It was the perfect base for exploring the area without needing any transport. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. They were always happy to help and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a great variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruit, coffee, and tea. There was something for everyone, and it was a great way to start each day. We also took advantage of the laundry service offered by the accommodation. Although there was an additional fee, it was very reasonably priced, quick, and extremely convenient during our travels. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. Great location, excellent hospitality, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Whisky point is such a special place and I am so glad that I stayed here. The resort itself is beautiful and the perfect place to escape and disconnect. The staff are all amazing and very welcoming. As a solo female traveller I felt very at home and could have stayed much longer. The food is also delicious, from pasta to pizza and homemade banana bread! The first couple of days I was working remotely and I found it very comfortable with good wifi. After that I spent most of my time relaxing on the beach and enjoying the peaceful tranquility and good vibes. I 100% recommend.

If you are visiting Arugam Bay and want a quiet paradise almost all to yourselves , this is your spot. We loved that it was away from the crowded part of town, spacious , and we had many parts of the beach and waters to explore. Right by the best surf areas. The beach is right there , a few steps away from the rooms. The staff an exceedingly helpful and hard working. They cooked delicious meals and very very flexible about our requests , and prices were very reasonable. We got to have meals served by the beach made just for us , at the prices of what a low- priced restaurant in town would have cost use.
